12 Reasons for Dairy Allergy
People often assume that food allergies are a permanent condition because they don’t know how to fix allergies.
Allergy or intolerance, whatever.
The first food allergy I ever noticed was to dairy, but I fixed it and went on to heal from chronic fatigue with heavy reliance on raw dairy for energy, detoxification, relaxed confidence, and glowing skin with people asking how I was looking younger since last time they saw me.
Dairy includes milk, cream, cheese, butter, ghee, yogurt, keifer, whey, colostrum.
Many people assume dairy allergy is due only to lactose intolerance but there is much more.
Pastuerization is the heating of milk in dairy products.
Heat destroys all enzymes that help digest food and destroys some nutrients.
Raw unheated milk and dairy products have the enzymes and nutrients intact.
Heat destroys the enzyme cysteine that is needed to produce glutathione, a crucial antioxidant, which would make dairy more worth the effort to digest so you would feel more benefit.
Shifting to raw dairy can be the main thing to fix intolerance to diary, but often there is more to do.
Lactose Intolerance:
Heat destroys the enzyme lactase in the milk that helps digest lactase.
Casein Protein
Cow milk with the casein protein A1 genetic are more allergenic than the A2 caesin genetics cows.
Cow versus Goat
Goat milk products are often less allergenic.
Goat milk does not have the A1 protein.
Goat also has smaller fat globules that are easier to break down.
Sheep milk and cheese is supposed to be even better than goat.
Bile Flow Deficiency and Fat Intolerance
One of the functions of bile is to help digest fats through emulsification: that’s breaking down the larger fat globs into smaller parts for more easy digestion from the pancreas.
Pancreas Enzyme Deficiency
A lack of enzymes to digest food can make undigested food more like an irritant.
There would also be more general digestive difficulties.
Mineral Deficiencies
Potassium, magnesium and sodium deficiencies can lead to all kinds of food allergies since these minerals seem to serve as cofactors to absorb other foods.
Potassium deficiency in particular is associated with dairy allergies.
These three mineral deficiencies are necessary to fix for any health condition.
Reactions to consuming raw dairy can be used as an indicator of mineral deficiencies.
Sulfur Intolerance
This is often due to a deficiency of molybdenum.
People who take methylation genetics testing with CBS issues often assume that genetics is permanent but it is not. Epigenetics is the shaped by the environment.
Molybdenum supplements may fail to solve this but that can be a problem with the supplement or the lack of other cofactors like magnesium that is often needed before any kind of help problem can happen.
Candida
Candida yeast overgrowth can create dairy intolerance.
Histamines
Especially with fermented dairy aggravate histamines conditions.
I look at histamine problems is a form of dysbiosis as an imbalance between histamine producing bacteria and antihistamine bacteria. This can be embedded in a larger problem of dysbiosis involving candida.
Fermented versus Fresh
Fermentation can make dairy easier for some people to digest.
Some people get away with pasteurized goat yogurt, but that does not necessarily make it a healing food as it would be if it were made from raw milk.
Drinking Cold
Drinking milk cold is harder to digest than when left out to warm to room temp.
Raw butter is the safest product to introduce since the fat is less allergenic and there are only traces of lact0se or casein.
Ghee has all those sugars and proteins boiled out so some people only tolerate that, but it is not raw, it does not have the enzymes to help digest and or all nutrient intact.
It may be tolerable not healing.
If fat digestion is the problem, it will be less tolerable.
Raw dairy products are super healers second to none.
I believe dairy allergies can be fixed.
You have to look-up where to get raw dairy in your area.
