3 Goals of Nutrition:
Energize, Detoxify, Immunize
I think whole food should be relied upon more for health needs instead of too many supplements, medications, or specialized methods for all body chemistry issues including energy for all functions, detox, infection, and rest.
Eat to Energize
Our bodies can energize/repair/heal when we have all the nutrients we need.
We are only as strong as our weakest links in nutritional deficiencies:
Eat to Detoxify
Don't depend solely on binders, supplements, and specialized cleanses to detoxify.
Detoxify with food primarily, it works better because:
Eat to Immunize
Infections are not just the result of exposures but also internal mutations or a weak terrain.
The goal is not just to kill infection but to immunize against all future infections.
Address all 3 levels:
Kill Infections
Sun and Movement for circulation are also necessary to deliver nutrients and relax to rest.
Our bodies can energize/repair/heal when we have all the nutrients we need.

- Minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats, carbs, fiber, probiotics, sun, special needs
- Address every weak link deficiency with food and supplements you can feel working
- I evaluate every food and supplement you have and upgrade many.
- Upgrade foods by group: meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, raw dairy, eggs, etc. (explained elsewhere a few clicks away)
- Fix the gut and food intolerances especially to raw dairy and eggs as super healers
Eat to Detoxify
Don't depend solely on binders, supplements, and specialized cleanses to detoxify.
Detoxify with food primarily, it works better because:
- Food strengths a broader spectrum of detox pathways to get more toxins out,
- Built into the diet for continuous gradual detox against constant exposures.
- Some foods reduce detox symptoms.
Eat to Immunize
Infections are not just the result of exposures but also internal mutations or a weak terrain.
The goal is not just to kill infection but to immunize against all future infections.
Address all 3 levels:
Kill Infections
- Without killing good bacteria at the same time--even natural things can kill too much bacteria
- Increase bile flow to clean out pathogens
- White blood cells & supporting organs: bone marrow, spleen, thymus, lymph system.
- Good bacteria and yeast that coordinate the immune system
- Nutrient deficiencies can lead directly to mutation of good bugs into bad ones.
- Nutrient deficiencies lead to unbounded minerals like calcium and iron that are used by bugs as biofilm shields against the immune system.
- Gut lining barrier becomes a leaky gut after damage by deficiencies, toxins, infection.

Move to circulate, align, & relax.
