Are 25% of Health Solutions Movement?
25% of health solutions could be on average from movement to circulate lymph and to align bones for spinal fluid circulation, I estimate.
75% of health solutions are from the chemistry and physics of nutrition, toxicity and infection.
For nervous system regulation to rest and sleep it can be more like 50/50, in my personal experience as a person with major misalignments.
Movement for circulation is necessary to distribute nutrients through the blood to the the extracellular fluid as that fluid is cleared of waste and toxicity through the lymph.
The brain has unique circulatory challenges because it is protected by the skull, compared to the rest of the body where muscles stimulate the lymphatic system to move.
I hypothesize that brain circulation partly pumped by cerebrospinal fluid from the hips, judging from how much passive forms of hip tension lease of muscles and the sacrum produce relaxing sensations in the brain and entire nervous system.
I believe the brain rewards improvements to circulation that enable cells to receive more nutrients for repair. When circulation is slowed it's like suffocation or starvation, double that for the brain itself.
One can also manually move cranial bones that are separated by sutures to increase circulation. Bones at the base of cranium behind the eyes can constraint circulation and how the brain drains toxicity. Starting with the upper palate, maxilla, using tongue, fingers, or orthodontics. The tongue was supposed to align the bones through the sucking of breast feeding: this stimulates growth of bones in the right proportions to keep them separated for circulation. You can suck on your tongue right now to relax.

On the chemistry side what seems to feed the brain the most is attention to the many variables in the gut.
On the physics side, sun is the major nutrient.
Toxins are things like LED lights and electronic radiation that contribute to insomnia and stressful reactions.
