Just because you have a chronic infection like Lyme, SIBO, Candida or parasites does not mean it is the main cause of your health symptoms.
Infection is a systemic problem because the immune system has to be weak from other root causes in order for a chronic infection to occur.
Infection is also not automatically from an outside exposure. Bacteria and yeast that are helpful to us can change form to a pathogen when the "terrain" of the body is off. Candida is a mutation of a healthy yeast.
For example, a deficiency of the mineral phosphorous can lead to healthy, symbiotic forms of Pseudomonas transforming a pathogen. Then introducing phosphate can correct the infection and underlying imbalance. Interesting to note that phosphorous is an acid mineral, so that does not support the theory that acid is the problem and alkalinity is the solution for all of health.
"With low phosphate levels, P. aeruginosa has been found to activate from benign symbiont to express lethal toxins inside the intestinal tract and severely damage or kill the host, which can be mitigated by providing excess phosphate instead of antibiotics.[29] (29) Research could lead to new non-antibiotic drugs to counter hospital infections" (Press release). University of Chicago Medical Center. 2009-04-14. Retrieved 2010-01-18" From Wikipedia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa
The terrain theory was introduced one hundred years ago by Antoine Bechamp as a rival explanation with Louis Pasteur who believed infection always comes from outside the body. Terrain theory has been pursued very little even now, even when people know that candida evolves from endogenous yeast, the emphasis is still on kill shots. Even immunity is based on fighting back to kill pathogens. The terrain is a deeper reason and consists of nutrient and toxicity levels.
I test energetically for what to include in a complete solution, and in what order to do things, if not all at once:
Kill shots, immune boosting, detox, nutrition, emotions, balancing the nervous system to sleep.
Fighting infection with kill shots works best or only when the terrain is changed and the immune system improved to work alongside kill shots Sometimes killing infection directly is not even necessary.

What Makes the Best Kill Shots
Some of the best criteria for evaluating and selecting kill shots are:
- Pathogens can’t develop resistance so kill shots don’t need to be rotated
- Work on a broad spectrum of pathogens or all pathogens
- Non-toxic
- Break up biofilm shields
- Offer benefits beyond killing, improving the terrain in some way
Antibiotics are actually:
- not the strongest things available
- easily resisted within about 3 weeks
- work in a narrower range by not killing fungus that actually encourages candida overgrowth.
- toxic
- unable to penetrate biofilms
Some Highlights
It is important to test from a list of kill shots to accommodate each individual’s sensitivities.
Here are some of my favorites and qualifications of when to use.
Oxidizers
Probably the strongest things are oxidizers: Ozone, hydrogen peroxide, chloride dioxide / MMS,
Pathogens cannot mutate to adapt.
Oxidizers kill nearly everything, especially single cell bacteria, fungus, viruses.
May be administered orally, rectually, or transdermally.
A key extra benefit is that oxidizers can break down chemical toxicity into harmless components, possibly even the residues of toxic antibiotics.
I once sprayed hydrogen peroxide on my skin and smelled insect repellent coming out, which was not my intent because I forgot about using that as a child. At first I thought it was neighbors spraying their yard but the smell was stronger after closing windows.
The big drawback of oxidizers is that they can deplete anti-oxidants, which is a problem when you need antioxidants to detox heavy metals and that is the priority.. That’s why you have to test energetically about that to do right now. Or if you try oxidizers on your own, only continue if you feel some benefits. It's not just “die-off” that can make you feel bad but also depletion of electrons /antioxidants.. Sometimes detoxifying metals is the first step.
If you are not ready for oxidizers, you might not be ready for an all-out attack. You can use other things for now to keep it in check and make progress.
Enzymes are also very effective for digesting and dissolving pathogens in ways they cannot resist and especially for breaking up biofilm shields where they hide using iron, calcium, toxic metals and polysaccharides.from carbohydrates.
Enzymes like proteases also have dozens of benefits for the body like cleaning up metabolic waste and helping inflammation and improving circulation to get bugs where they hide.. Enyzmes improve the terrain in a broad spectrum way.
Binders. Much “die-off” effects are heavy metals being released from biofilm, especially if pathogens and their natural toxins are being dissolved with enzymes and oxidation. One way to detoxify is to kill infections. Sometimes you can’t do one without the other. Some binders also absorb iron excesses that are at toxic levels.
Immune boosting herbs and other substances. I test from a list..
Probiotics often can wait because they might not be effective with a bad infection. . Test not guess.
These 4 categories of components comprise a strong and complete system of kill shots that work with the first stage of healing and its 3 components of nutrition, toxic exposure and balancing the nervous system to activate immunity
Everyone is different and many things can work in the right combinations and amounts when the body is ready. Preparing the terrain should be the first priority for most people especially if nothing seems to work. Things often don't work as well under a narrower medical approach of jumping into killing inffections without a very good approach to nutrition, EMF, and deep stress reduction that you can feel working.
The body needs to be strengthened to heal itself along with external supports to the immune system like kill shots. LIfestyle and environment need to be treated along with "the problem" narrowly defined as infection. It's a shift of paradigm away from the medical model to a holistic model.
