DRIVING DETOX DEEPER
Through 6 kinds of Root Causes
that Converge Around Circulation
I recently drove detox deeper into the right side of my face by upgrading chemistry, physics and movement/alignment to improve circulation to deliver nutrients and excrete toxicity.
Our faces are exposed to:
- Chemicals from many dental injections,
- Mercury vapor escaping from the surface of fillings,
- Infections from tooth extractions, root canals, implants, etc.
- Make-up and sun screen with toxic ingredients
Weak and toxic tissues creates problems:
- Susceptibility to infection as a symptom of toxicity and nutrient deficiencies.
- Tooth demineralization leading to tooth sensitivities and cavities.
- Sinus congestion.
- Sores in the mouth.
- Under developed palates that constrain adjacent cranial bones through the connection to the sphenoid to give more space between the cranial bone sutures to allow subtle movement and circulation to deliver nutrients,
My complete solution for detox in this local area has included chemistry, physics, and movement each systemically and locally for a 2 x 3 chart of 6 dimensions of root causes:
Systemic chemistry of nutrition for all parts of the body delivered through the blood, including:
- Right diet finely tuned
- Minerals
- Aminos: individual ones that are my weakest links.
- Antioxidant all working together
- Bile flow support so liver can excrete toxins and do its job. 2 previous posts explain
- Tonic herbs
Local Chemistry: herbs and minerals in the mouth that soak through the gums
Systemic Physics: Sunlight and FIR sauna, Relax Sauna brand.
Light energizes blood and circulation as photons of light create electrons to reduce blood cell clumping, blood thinning, while magnetizing capillary walls to pull circulation of blood cells through tight openings. See other posts referencing new theory of cardiology. Chemistry does the same thing and nutrients are needed to make this work. Circulation reflects the sum total of everything and capability to deliver all nutrients.
Local Physics works by same principle of systemic physics and keep me warm in winter.
- Far infrared lamp on right side of face as I work at my desk all day long., Relax Sauna brand
- UV light bulb pointed on back of neck and shoulders.Halogen, no mercury unlike Sperti and other big lamps with mercury that don’t work for mercury sensitive people.
Local Movement: Techniques to expand my palate and stretch my neck to open cranial bones to increase circulation and relax nervous system for parasympathetic healing. It's part of my Align Spine & Mind program.
Systemic Movement
This was the last missing weak link that put me over the top and into the deep detox of my face.
The chi or swing machine aids circulation.
It shakes your whole body lying down by moving your feet back and forth.
This circulates your lymphatic system and more importantly you cerebral spinal fluid from hips to brain.
Cerebral spine fluid circulation helps detoxify metals like mercury that especially are attracted to the nervous system that regulates all your rest, digest and healing capabilities.
It does this without muscle strain or compressing the spine, in fact, it decompresses the spine without being so brutally direct like other techniques that can be overdone.
But it can kick your ass into detox if you are not ready, or not work at all for detox.
I got my first chi machine 20 years ago and never got this result because I was not strong enough: my chemistry and physics were too weak to go after these toxins. No matter how healthy you are there is always more and exposures are continuous.
Now I have the cheapest one and all the machines work as far as I know,
It moves your head more as your whole body relaxes and becomes more rubbery.
I notice it started to bother my head and I spontaneously put my hands under my head to reduce shaking.
Then I thought to let it move my head to see what happens. One day I didn’t feel good after letting my head shake. Then soon I had this detox
I got a cold in the right side of my face where I use the FIR lamp with my eye swelling and red, runny nose, mouth sores, and slight tooth pain. I know how to neutralize this so I woke up the next day in it was gone. Just a little tender in the mouth.
I also experienced spontaneous nose bleeding suddenly and somewhat profusely. Kind of awkward when I was pulling my car out of the garage after getting new tires.
Bleeding has happened before and my sinuses always feel so good and clear afterwards.
Blood letting is a traditional technique for reducing excess iron—that is the only thing I can compare it to.
I write about strategy within a new paradigm so people can think more broadly to find their weak links.
- What is the weakest link holding you back?
- What is too much relative to what is not enough?
Circulation of blood, lymph and cerebral spinal flow is where numerous root causes converge into our highest priority of getting oxygen to the brain through nutritional chemistry and physics with movement.
One common weak link in terms of organ systems is the liver and gallbladder that clean the blood.
If bile is not flowing out of the liver then toxicity can flow back into blood. This makes your energy crash and be too sensitive to detox. So things that stimulate circulation to dump toxins can over-load the liver and gallbladder if those weak links are not improved equivalently.
