Raw unheated dairy products are some of the most healing foods on the planet: milk, butter, cream, cheese, whey protein, kefir, yogurt, and colostrum.
These products have been used for thousands of years and still are all over the world.
A raw milk diets have been used therapeutically since the ancient Greeks at least.
Even American doctors one hundred years ago put people on month long raw milk diets in sanitarium type hospitals to treat a wide variety of conditions.
Pasteurized diary that is heated before you buy it is some of the most allergenic foods, especially the milk, less so the butter. Many people feel better immediately eliminating heated dairy.
Let’s look at the causes of dairy allergies and then the benefits of raw dairy for health.
DAIRY ALLERGY CAUSES
Pasteurization
Pasteurization is heating milk in attempts to destroy harmful bacteria, although this fear is unfounded in healthy cows. The bigger problem is that heat destroys enzymes needed to help digest the nutrients. as a cofactor.. If you can’t digest it fully you can be allergic or sensitive to it. Harmful heat is any level much over the animal’s body temperature.
Pasteurization ruins many of the healing properties of dairy by destroying enzymes need to digest it, and many of the most valuable nutrients like the amino acid cysteine needed to construct glutathione, a master antioxidant. .
Lactose Intolerance
This is causes mainly by pasteurization. Heat destroys the enzyme lactase which helps digest the sugar lactase in the milk. If you cannot digest it then it can be become a toxin and may be seen by your immune system as a foreign invader that needs to be fought.
A1 Casein Protein
Newer genetic forms of some cows have a called A 1 that is more common in North America.
Goats do not have this kind of casein protein, which is why many people tolerate goat milk better. The healthier form, A2, is found in human, camel, buffalo, goat and sheep milk.
Even reactions to A1 cow milk may be treatable by addressing mineral and other nutritional deficiencies as explained next.
Potassium, Sodium and Magnesium Deficiencies
One cause of dairy allergy can be deficiency of electrolytes, which are probably the single biggest cause of allergies to healthy foods that would actually benefit you.. Sodium and potassium work together to help enable nutrients to get through the cell membrane and to eliminate waste to make room for more nutrients. Magnesium has more roles as a cofactor nutrient in the body than any other nutrient, 1000s of roles. Each mineral is linked to other minerals that are all linked. It’s a whole system that is only as good as its weakest link. Best to use food sources, not just supplements for most.

Sulfur Intolerance & Molybdenum Deficiency
Milk proteins contain the mineral sulfur to which some people are intolerant.
This can be due to a deficiency of the mineral molybdenum. Taking a molybdenum supplement can work it some cases, but often isolated supplements are not absorbable due to lacking cofactors, denatured forms of the nutrient, and the dose is too high because this is just a trace mineral. Food sources are best. x.

Immune Dysfunction
It’s possible to have a general intolerance to dairy including raw because the immune system no longer can identify which parts both it so it reacts to any form. Course of action are:
- Repair the immune system gradually in many ways.
- Start with the least allergenic forms of raw dairy to accustom the immune system: butter with only traces of protein and sugar in it. Or ghee which is heated but has no traces of allergens.
RAW DAIRY BENEFITS
Complete Food
Raw milk is one of the most complete foods, as it is the sole food for baby mammals. It lacks vitamin D, as it assumed that the baby cow can get that from sunshine. Eggs, the other most complete food, have more D, because they are missing the sun. A raw egg in a raw glass of milk is tonic used traditionally from India to Italy and an Oklahoma basketball coach.
One of the most important dietary principles is that your body is only as strong as its weakest nutritional deficiency. The body can heal itself when I gets all the nutrients it needs.
This is why raw milk diets have been used both temporarily and long term for health.
Ironically, even though milk is one of the few complete foods to help address nutritional deficiencies, if you have nutritional deficiencies you might not tolerate it.
Best Fat
Highly beneficial is simply the fat, the butter, with cream being half fat and half milk.
Fat is a source of fuel, protects against toxins, and is necessary to absorb many minerals and vitamins like beta carotene from vegetables.
Butter fat is great for healing the intestinal lining and repairing leaky gut. I find it is better than bone broth.
Cholesterol
Milk fat has cholesterol, one of our most important nutrients, used to make
- Steroidal hormones like sex and adrenal hormones.
- Makes vitamin D in the skin, with suflur, too.
- Cell membranes and skin
- The brain.
- Cholesterol is helps repair damaged tissues.
Immune Factors
Raw milk has many immune factors if not destroyed by heat.
The most loaded with immune factors is the milk of the first few days after birth, the thick colostrums.
Anti-Oxidant in Whey Protein
Raw milk is a great source of anti-oxidants by supporting our body’s production of a master anti-oxidant, glutathione, which is a protein consisting of three amino acids that are precursors to forming it in the body... It is difficult to supplement with glutathione directly, usually not through digestion, but the precursor amino acid Cysteine is especially important to build it when combined with two other amino acids, glutamic acid, and glycine. Heat destroys cysteine so pasteurized dairy does not build glutathione..
Cysteine is abundant in whey protein, but almost all whey protein powders on the market are heated. Glutathione is crucial because it is one of the body’s ways of neutralizing toxins like heavy metals mercury and aluminum that can be very hard to remove and debilitating.

In the USA, milk is legal in some states as a matter of degree that you can look-up at www.RealMilk.com. This site has documentation about raw dairy benefits.
Raw milk is available in vending machines in France. The French love dairy. The French might know something about health because their medical system is considered best in the world by conventional measures.
In countries where raw dairy is illegal you can go to a farm directly. You can search through local health networks for connections.
Fix Dairy Allergies
Dairy allergies occur partly for highly individual reasons so you need energetic testing to determine why.
