Stop Over-training
Most people are over-training and don’t know it because they have no precise ways to measure it.
“I listen to my body” is too vague.
Over-training burns up nutrients trying to repair your body.
I can show you more exact ways to measure progress to determine rest intervals and workout intensity and volume.
You must become aware the emotional addiction and trade-off between the immediate workout high and long term progress.
Separate emotional and spiritual needs and come up with a plan for those.
Injuries are a strong indicator of over-training and possibly misaligned movement.
Move To Align, Circulate And Relax.
Strength also comes from efficient movement.
Root causes of misalignment include shoes, chairs and bottle feeding babies that can misaligns the teeth and cranium.
Hip alignment is the center of powerful movement, but hips are positioned from below by the feet and above from the jaws and cranium.

Alignment refers to posture or bones positioned by muscles, including the cranium for brain circulation to high performance thinking. This is why ideas sometimes come from walking around, while sitting tends to stagnate the brain, but sitting at a desk can be adjusted, too.
The brain rewards circulation of blood, lymph and cerebrospinal fluid with relaxation because when circulation is not delivering nutrients like oxygen it’s kind of like low level suffocation.
The lymph system also needs to remove metabolic waste and toxins to make way for nutrients.
Nutrition requires distribution even when input is enough.
Rest days are good to focus on alignment and circulation exercises to relax and get a different kind of work out high.
Optimize Nutrition
An optimized diet is customized.
Once that’s right one can stop trying to compensate with supplements and keep things simplified.
It’s better to follow simple diet designs and stop reading articles on amazing supplements that are all out of context as if it’s not in food or better in food.
Detox can be done with just food
A few extra antioxidants type super foods and supplements can help with the ever increasing toxic load especially from air pollution that people underestimate
Nutrient deficiencies and balances to utilize nutrients are the keys, not specialized supplements with fancy logic.
High performance increases demand that create weak links in basic areas.
Red meat for muscle and overall strength is important for most people but needs vary.
Minerals to utilize macro nutrients for energy and balance acidity of red meat.
Sun is a nutrient through the skin and eyes.
Electrons from the earth are a nutrient and balancing: barefoot or leather earth conductive moccasins in the winter when possible.
Barefoot walking is aligning.
