Rejuvenate to Look & Feel Younger
Nutrients
Rejuvenation as looking and feeling younger is built on a foundation of complete nutrients for all cells, organs, functions and symptoms: Minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats, carbs, sun, etc. “for” everything.
Skin
One of the first things to notice is skin, which reflects the health of all our cells and nutrient levels.
Most skin health is from the inside out and reflects the whole system of the body.
Fat
Another key indicator is the amount and nature of fat:
Sagging or a nice firm layer of softness that moisturizes the skin.
Fat accumulation represents an inability to utilize calories for energy.
The apparent excess often stems from deficiencies of micronutrients needed to utilize macronutrients.
Hair
Hair also reflects nutrient status: graying and thinning are deficiencies
Thick shiny hair reflect nutrient rich rejuvenation.
Nutritional needs are individualized so diets should be customized.
Most people need to find the balance between the extremes of fruitarian and carnivore, although carnivore works for many, at least at first.
Food Sensitivities
No diet works when significant micronutrient deficiencies are present.
Minerals and vitamins work together as cofactors to perform functions.
Long term deficiency usually is not healed just by correct general diet but requires more of specific foods and highest quality supplements.
Nutritional deficiencies are a major cause of food intolerances.
I get clues from peoples’ patterns of intolerances what their deficiencies are.
Elimination diets are just a step on the path, not the final solutions.
Many allergies to healthy foods can be fixed.
When I fixed allergies to raw dairy and eggs I improved nutrient intake, specially fat for the skin that requires saturated fat with cholesterol and vitamin A retinol from animals.
Weak Organs
With long term deficiencies, complications set in like weak digestion, accumulating toxic load and weak immunity to infections: candida, bacteria, worms, etc.
Toxic load requires more nutrients to detoxify and thus creates more deficiencies.
Infections create endotoxins that drain nutrients.
Infections also impair digestion and immunity to keep the host weak and require clever and systematic strategies to eradication.
Much “infection” is not really external parasites but internal mutations of health yeast into candida, for example, due to a toxic and deficient body terrain.
Nutritional deficiencies can directly cause mutations like strains of candida that result from the B vitamin biotin being deficient.
As we age we slowly get drained of nutrients that show up as wrinkly skin, fat accumulation, or underweight when digestion is really weak, and all kinds of complications.
That’s my broadest and briefest overview of rejuvenation.
