Skin Irritations & Toxicity
Behind the endless list of health symptoms is a toxic body burden and lack of nutrients needed to smoothly detoxify.
This is the largest type of root cause of health today.
Skin irritations of all kinds, digestive problems, histamines, chemical sensitivities, etc.
People are often picking at a scab while they are dieing of cancer, so to speak.
"Fix my X," is what I hear all the time.
They want to go from A to B but it probably ain’t going to happen.
If they do suppress the symptom it will not necessarily help.
I used to have a really itchy rash on my ankles, especially the inner right side.
My high school sports doctor gave me a steroidal cream and it went away.
But my health problems did not go away.
I developed chronic fatigue and found out that mercury was a major cause.
One odd symptom many people with high mercury levels had is that ankle rash.
Nobody knows why.
By focusing on root causes of toxicity and nutrition all my symptoms started to improve: energy, sleep, rashes, tooth decay, digestion, etc.
Focusing on root causes requires a conceptual leap because some of the effects are long term.
At the same time, nutrition for detox was the same for immediate results like energy.
Energy you feel means cellular energy to do everything, so energy is good short and long term metric of progress.
So why would a steroidal cream “work?” I’m not sure exactly its mechanisms, but if it works as a kind of stress hormone to fight a crisis then it’s just a local, short-term result.
It’s like saying caffeine “works” for energy.
.
When I think of steroids I think of anabolic sports performance, which may be different than the skin cream, but great athletes that were probably on steroids died early because they had short term growth at the expense of long term rejuvenation. I suspect they use of the stem cells they needed to rejuvenate their organs. The brain thinks that the exercise is a necessary fight or flight response to survive in the short term so it sacrifices the long term. Big muscles do not necessarily represent health, but are a stress response, and we know stress kills.
.
I have see sick people with porcelain like perfect skin, and stronger people with all kind of break outs, and suspect they are detoxing their brains through their face on a steady basis to maintain their health.
There are ways to optimize and get those toxins bound-up and redirected to the liver and out the bowels, or neutralized with antioxidants before they damage the skin. That’s everything I write about so there is no direct answer in chit chat. That’s again like asking me to fix your X: How do you do that? How about asking me to explain the meaning of life in a Facebook comment? LOL
Conceptualize problems at a deeper level.
Use deductive logic.
Everything is not concrete and clear.
This approach is more conceptually complex but it’s simpler in practice to focus on the few root causes, like nutrition and toxicity, than to chase the many symptoms to no avail.
Use your skin symptoms as a way to measure progress.
