First i would like to contrast with fasting with eating something for detoxification.
Intermittent Fasting
Another popular approach is Intermittent Fasting, not eating until the afternoon or so.
The benefits of fasting include cleaning up the body’s metabolic waste and recycling weak cells to feed the stronger cells. This can involve a quantitative weight loss and qualitative cell upgrade. Autophagy is a key word for further research. Fat burning can also be forced through fasting. This also can have hormonal improvements like more growth hormone.
The bulletproof diet has a variation on this with coffee and fat only until about 2pm. The fat is hormonally neutral but not a strict fast thus it’s still somewhat hormonally focused for fat loss and burning toward high performance.
Fasting does not cover all “detox” as is sometimes implied. It is more aimed at metabolic waste and giving the digestive system time to rest.
Fasting can also be difficult for people who are weak with nutritional deficiencies and a toxic load, which often go together.
Detox with Nutrients Meal
People who are very weak with chronic fatigue, for example, have the dilemma of needing more nutrients but also getting tired after a meal so they are damned if they do or don’t. They also need more nutrients to detoxify metals and chemicals that have weakened digestion and require more nutrients to detoxify. Nutrients are having their electrons stripped as those nutrients are thrown at free radical toxins to neutralize them, things like the heavy metal mercury.
An intermediate weight meal in the morning, or any time, high in nutrients and detox capabilities can thus balance the need to not stress digestion fully and get nutrients. This can also extend the period of morning productivity before eating a heavier meat meal, if that is your pattern.
The first meal in the morning or early afternoon would be some combination raw milk, raw eggs and fruit, not any exact formula. Mixed, separate, whatever.
Raw milk and raw eggs have been a traditional health tonic from India, to Italy and by an Oklahoma basketball coach, in the first person accounts I have in writing. For glutathione precursors, phospholipid exchange, sulfur, immune factors, and for the widest range of nutrients of any foods since these foods are designed to grow a baby all by themselves. See the page above this one, Detoxify with Nutrients.
I can already hear the objections about allergies and I know how to address all of them, so calm down.
Dairy Allergy: I said RAW and only RAW. Dairy allergies can be fixed with raw and by addressing nutritional deficiencies and gut dysbiosis and infections if needed with CUSTOMIZED protocols since every individual is different. That requires energetic testing for the individual as explained on this website.
Egg Allergies have the same considerations as milk allergy. Whole eggs versus yolks is individual, I have nothing to say about it now but it is a variable.
The bacteria phobia about raw eggs is so deeply ingrained. This presents a major problem for people who have a detox reaction and then are certain it is an infection. If they ask another practitioner or doctor they will just confirm this myth. You can’t reasons with someone who feel awful and just vomited. I have eaten rotten eggs and only got an extra energy rush from these good bacteria. I know other people who have done this test and were fine. I did it when I was very weak
Fruits.
Oranges are good mild detoxifiers, but some people have citrus allergies due to vitamin B deficiencies or gut dysbosis since the healthy ferment is a source of Bs.
Berries have lots of antioxidants and are not too high in sugar.
No strict rule here.
Raw honey is good with everything. Has to be really raw, not just on the label. Hard to figure out.
Coconut oil is a good cleansing fat and good at this time.
Olive oil is very aggressive when mixed with eggs. Only try if you are pretty strong. Even then, sometimes the healthiest people detox the most aggressively and get “sick” because they can. The body has its own priorities to get well as fast as possible despite what your mind wants.
When I do this I would often wake up hunger but bypass that with coffee. I like coffee enemas because I think there are more benefits to detoxifying the liver without upsetting the stomach. There also tends to be less overstimulation and more pain killing.
People with nutritional deficiencies often can’t tolerate caffeine because they have nutritional deficiencies. Stimulants pull nutrients out of storage and if there not enough is storage then you feel worse as your body is at cross-purposes.
This is a good plan to detoxify the continuous exposures of toxins with diet instead of extra detox supplements and programs.
The detox with nutrients meal is best to try on your own if you are strong.
I would not try this yet if you are weak without addressing nutritional deficiencies and maybe also gut first to address difficult allergies to even raw dairy. BUT, I think this is necessary for weak people get ready to do because it balances cleansing and resting digestion with eating lighter, getting a super amount of nutrients, and detoxification that must be continuous over years.
Most popular diet like the first two, intermittent fasting and BAB leptin reset are not for really sick people with the overwhelming priorities of nutritional deficiency and detoxification. The people with the most energy to market things are more high performance and fitness types. Sicker people who need more complex and customized protocols are being underserved because it is harder to find good solutions.
The reason I have hesitated to share this publically is that often people don’t read well or follow instructions. Then they come back to me and complain. For example, I write about RAW dairy all the time, the whole point of the post, not an aside. Then someone says they got sick and had to go the hospital because she ate butter. I asked if it was raw, she was stunned, she missed it. This is why investing in coaching for qualty assurance of implementation can be crucial to success.
Even if you follow the general guidelines here the path is loaded with landmines of allergies and detox reactions and misinterpretations from the infectious disease paradigm. But the rewards can be great. Good luck!
