15 Ways to a Complete Solution
Glyphosate Example
Problem Understanding
1. Awareness: Glyophosate or Round Up weed killer, used in agriculture and around homes and schools is in food and air, is bad for health
2. Understanding the nutritional deficiencies that have crippled your capacity to detoxify it:
glyphosate depletes nitric oxide with multiple functions most especially forming cholesterol sulfate crucial for circulation and electron levels in the body for mitochondrial energy for all functions including detoxification of cells and organs important for detox: liver, kidneys, white blood cells. And more: glycine replacement in collagen, etc.
3. Understanding other health symptoms may follow those deficiencies: how problems snowball—make connections but don’t try to understand every detail of the symptoms under the microscope, which leads to analysis paralysis and endless conversation of technical details that make one feel like an expert when you haven’t solved the problem.
4. Broad understanding of the problem: total toxic load relative to nutritional deficiencies and possibility parasitic infection.
5. The problem is systems complexity in the interaction of the parts of a whole: you are only as strong as your weakest links of nutritional deficiencies, etc..
6. This means you need a new paradigm, meaning, how you think and make health decisions.
Picking Quality Solutions
1. Taking a remedy to detoxify it—“take this for that” guessing based on general science but missing individual compatibility
2. Food versus supplements: food if possible because nutrients in supplements are often denatured. In food multiple
utrients in nawtural form act as cofactors to utilize nutrients. I can’t get into what kind of things do require supplements.
3. Foods with many nutrients also address problems you have not identified.
4. Reading labels on supplements for impure fillers: magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, etc. (silicon dioxide is natural fossilized algae, diatomaceous earth, not a problem
5. Energetic testing for individual compatibility with the solution because we can often not know why something may work or not. (Don’t ask what that is. Find my other writing without asking how to do that either, it’s a few clicks away. I can’t explain everything about everything every time I write and how to find things on Facebook.) I recognize that many experiences with energetic testing are not successful and I have written extensively about quality assurance in testing.
6. Feel the energy for the food or product in your left had to decide if your body needs it at that time. Seems impossible at first but can be learned through experience, I can’t explain how: don’t try to understand it in your head by asking for instructions.
7. Use multiple methods and seek confirmation through experimentation. All methods have limitations relative to one’s subjective opinion.
8. Become more sensitive to empirical feedback: especially immediate feedback after you eat something. If it is all a blur at first then you need contrast between things that make you feel better. As your nervous system cleans out it gets sharper.
9. Focus on solutions because you can never fully explain the problem due to systems complexity.
