6 Weak Links
The fastest and most effective way to improve health is to know your weakest link in your health, like a nutritional deficiency, on regular basis: weekly, daily, or whenever your energy declines or symptoms flare up.
Imagine how much faster you would feel better if you always knew your weakest link and the best solution for it, just in time before you crash or it goes on too long.
The idea of a weak link is that your body is system in which all the parts work together so one part missing can hold back all progress.
A chain or system is only as strong as its weakest link.
If you are pulling a car out of a ditch but the chain is broken in 10 places, repairing 9 links is not enough.
I will explain below why energetic testing is the only way to design complete solutions to fulfill the requirements of a truly holistic, systems approach that is customized and quantified for quality assurance within a new scientific paradigm applied by engineers.
These are the 6 Weak Links:
1. Today’s Weakest Links: Energy and Relief NOW
The fastest ways to boost energy are to address:
- nutritional deficiencies, excesses, and allergens,
- toxic exposures like electrical pollution.
Nutrition is both a short and long term strategy to energize every cell of the body to heal itself.
- Customize a diet just for you. Some people get better eating just fruit, others just beef. Most are between extremes with many unique details based on deficiencies, excesses, and intolerance.s.
- Quantify: individualized details to make your diet work: protein, fat, carbs, vitamins, minerals, probiotics, sunlight, herbs, etc. (Food first, supplements only when necessary)
Sometimes short term results are negative with detoxification that may last a few days or more. You must know how to read the signs of whether it is detoxification or something not agreeing with you. Energetic testing can help analyze causes and select remedies.
2. Long Term Weak Links: The 6 Root Causes
Long terms weak links refer to root causes that you need to focus on even though you might not feel results right away.
It is important to know which of the 6 root causes you have to address all root causes for a complete solution.
Root causes are not body parts like adrenals, but mostly original from outside the body:
- Missing: Nutrients, correct movement to align structure from teeth to toes (misalignment)
- Invading: toxins, infections, emotional abuse
- Stress Responses: stuck in stress mode: fight, flight and freeze responses so you cannot rest or assert yourself properly, called dysautonomia or autonomic nervous systems dysregulation, ANS. This is about the brain.
Do not get distracted by 20 symptoms that show-up in body parts like adrenal and hormonal issues that are symptoms where root causes make an impact, but by themselves are a false diagnosis and major distraction.
You must be very clear on long term weak links like toxic load of metals that may take years to get out and not quit because you did not feel something working in a few weeks and then get distracted constantly by marketing of miracle cure supplements, trendy diets, and random advice on social media.
The number one root cause is usually toxicity, both chemistry and physics of electrical pollution. Chemistry is dominated by heavy metals like mercury, aluminum and lead. Metals are one of the root causes of another root cause, ANS brain stress, that causes sensitivities to chemicals and electrical pollution, EMF. ANS might not resolve until all or nearly all metals are out.
A common mistake is overemphasis of infection as root cause, when the immune system and terrain must be weak for infection to set in due to other root causes.
Focus on root causes helps achieve the right balance between being systematic enough to make a difference versus simple enough to implement.
3. Order of Priority to Solve Weak Links
Doing things in the right sequence can be crucial for success.
The first root cause to address is usually nutrition since energizing all the cells of the body is part of all solutions:
- Nutrition starts detox automatically and is necessary to tolerate detox.
- Chronic infections usually require strengthening the immune system and terrain of the body, not just kill shots.
- Pain often requires reducing inflammation and more strength for physical therapy
- Deep stress is reduced with mood enhancing body chemistry and greater strength.
Within nutrition it is important to do things in the right order because some nutrients are prerequisites for others to be utilized.
First, eliminate excesses and things that weaken you so you can better digest what you do need.
Order of priority usually starts with sodium, potassium, and magnesium, although sometimes it is simply sunlight.
When at least one of those is missing, you can be “allergic to everything,” thus, these are huge weak links.
Almost everyone is deficient in magnesium.
Sicker people are usually missing sodium or potassium, and you cannot just take both because these two may be imbalanced and you need only one to bring the other into balance for now.
You must know your deficiencies in order of priority of implementation. Many people with chronic health issues have about 12. Often you must start at the top of the list to absorb what is lower on the list.
You will feel better steadily as each weak link is addressed and it is given time to catch up on cleaning out and regenerating your body.
4. Implementation Errors as Weak Links
A weak link may be the result of an error of implementing.
With food or supplements precision can make or break your program: quantities, sources, timing, combinations often have to be exact to work, and it is very easy to be sloppy or make mistakes.
If you have a bad reaction to something lower on your list of nutritional deficiencies you go to the top of your list to see if something is missing to explain your reactions. For example, people often do not tolerate sunlight that is crucial for health because of nutritional deficiencies.
Nutritional solutions should be noted for how much each depends on cofactors above on the list, some are not as dependent as others and can be implemented any time.
Implementation errors can result just from the complexity of trying to keep track of it all.
Implementation problems are also from a lack of motivation because you do not understand the reasons why in the root causes that can only be understood in a new paradigm, as explained below. When you don’t know why you are not implementing, this is often the reason.
5, Design of Solution Weak Links: Fine-Tuning or Time to Advance to Another Level
Sometimes there is still something missing in a complete solution that is otherwise properly designed because it is hard to catch everything at first due to complexity. The missing link can be discovered as we work together.
Sometimes the client is not ready to hear that piece so it does not show up on energetic testing at first.
The second problem is that your needs change: detoxification is going too fast, for example, and requires fine tuning.
Nutritional needs can also change because as nutrient deficiencies are addressed the systems or metabolism speeds up and burns other nutrients at a higher rate thus creating new nutritional demands and deficiencies. Your system has a dynamic equilibrium that is changing as you improve.
Or you are ready to advance to new level and can tolerate additional solutions.

6. Decision Making Weak Links: The Paradi9m Problem
Health begins in the mind with how we make decisions.
The reason health progress is limited is because of how we make decisions.
We make decisions through conscious and unconscious assumptions that fit together as a system of thought that is a paradigm, and you can’t see the whole thing.
