This is what I recommend for what works for the most people in simpliest terms possible and is close to what i do for diet now, so its high quality, without the many nuances that we can get to later.
Meat, fruit, and eggs.
No sweets, starches, pasturized dairy.
Fatty meats are better and cheaper.
Fatty beef. ground beef.
Fatty chicken: thigns with skin and bone.
Canned mackerel: fattiest and cheapest fish, Meijer brand is the least overcooked i could find.
Pork that is antibiotic free especially and hopefulluy this will also filter out RNA vaxes.
Organ meats.
Fruits are expensive so these are often more reasonable:
Bananas
Oranges in big bags at groceries are sometimes a great deal.
Apples in season
Berries: blues and straws in big bags in the frozen section are the best deal.
You only need 3-4 oz at time. Higher in antioxidcants than other fruits.
Straws need to be organic.
There are numerous quality upgrades that will cost more: non gmo, antibiotic free meats, and organic.
Organic is not always necessary but I would consider antibiotic free meat if you can afford it.
These upgrades should make a world of difference for the full range of health concerns, symptoms and working out.
This is does not cover people who are very sick and need a customized plan with:
Mineral supplements
Gut fixing that can be complicated and individualized.
Testing for food intolerances and what foods make you strongest.
Additional super foods.
Which forms of raw diary to use if you can find it.
Food preparation.
Eat to energize, detoxify & immunize.
Move to circulate, align, & relax.
