The main function of breasts is nurturing. Breastfeeding produces oxytocin in women, the love hormone.
Couples who have practiced adult breastfeeding report incredible levels of intimacy. How that works for men is not exactly clear.

I now imagine having affection through breasts just hugging with face in the chest through clothes or not.  Not as a part of foreplay to sex since I am celibate until married but crave affection. I would stop if I started to get horny.

I think I would feel incredible acceptance for her receiving me there.
It's been awhile for me so I would probably cry. Then she would understand.
I've never had a problem with women and crying even on a first date. I don't pick losers who just want to use me.

Lust is a hard feeling like you have to chase it and have it.  
It's not easy to do this. If you're young you're likely to get overstimulated.  
That's why modest dressing for women is a good idea. It can be hard to hide breasts so they don't have to be on full display.
