Eat Enough
Healing can involve eating more than you think you need.
With chronic illness deficiencies are the main fact for detox and repair.
When you eat enough you can sleep longer and wake to more testosterone. Even women need testosterone for focus and libido and you make it with ovaries and adrenal glands. Not too much as in some cases of PCOS.
You can't alwasy judge by hunger. You may be eating too much but the wrong foods without the minerals and vitamins. If you crave no matter how much you eat then those foods don't have all the nutrients you need.
Getting toxicity out takes more nutrients than you can image. Toxicity are not stored in fat and come out with weight loss. If they were stored in fat you would not have symptoms. they are in your organs creating digestion and energy problems, brain problems.
Weight loss is not the top priority unlness you are quite overweight. Then it's more a matter of taking stress off the liver to metabolize energy better.
When I had serious chronic fatigue I did not feel good until I was overweight relative to the way I was eating. Probably I needed to eat excessive amounts of food to get some micronutrients because I did not know the most efficient ways; I was not able to test exactly what nutrients were missing. But i felt much better as I gained weight.
Excess concerns the wrong foods that pile on more macro calories without the micornutrients to burn them. We need the latter for efficiency.
I also noticed that not eating enough leads to constipation. Things are just not moving and happening.
