Feminine Love with Monica Bellucci
Wearing Her Heart on Her Face
Called the most beautiful woman in the world Monica Bellucci stands out for her femininity that radiates love. “I think that to feel beautiful, it’s not the mirror that makes you feel beautiful. I think it’s love” Monica Bellucci She expresses feminine kindness in her tone, words, movements, and look in the eyes. All of this by being authentic. |
Being Italian all this is learned and embodied more easily than in feminine starved America.
Monica Bellucci exudes femininity from every part of her being along with other virtues:
Humble yet confident
Sweet and of conviction
Kind and welcoming
Receiving with grace and radiating
Eyes sensitive and passionate reflecting the richness of the emotions and mind behind them.
Cute puffy lips are expressive--pobrecita (poor little thing is Spanish).
Voice deep and sweet
Embodied from every part of herself
She can speak slow to savor with lyrical nuances.
Graceful hand gestures
“Femininity is how a woman walks”
You can see her all out grace is in dance scenes.
Spontaneous with slow, smooth rhythmic unity
“Sexy is a matter of energy, not age.”
Monica Bellucci was again voted in one poll as most beautiful woman in the world in 2007 at age 43.
Sensual is sexy through its subtle and all encompassing way of moving in the world.
The feeling men get around feminine, loving women is relaxing and soothing, rather than just lust jerking overstimulation of hotness alone.
They spring us out of our heads and give us an opportunity to feel and let go.
They give me a warm fuzzy feeling.
Seductive roles don’t interest me. There is not enough context for nudity to work, that’s just provoking responses. Love is more about understanding.
I like Monica the person and would like to see a role designed around her feminine love, not a seductive role humanized a bit with her deeper femininity.
By writing this I will explain her vision of feminine love so that others can see her and so that she my feel seen and heard. Plus, my masculine response, which women don’t know because men can’t find the words.
Bellucci knows how to project herself through the visual arts on a deeper level:
“Your soul is very important. Your face tells your story."
“What does it mean to be beautiful? It has nothing to do with biology;
Femininity is a reflection of your life and experience.”
The feminine side is relational and wants closeness.
She sees connections between things:
“Femininity is harmony, naturalness and sensuality”
“Feminism for me means being able to feel comfortable with my femininity.”
Bellucci speaks of harmony with men, with her body, with sensuality as affection for life.
Natural harmony includes respect for her body.
Every part of her body is important, she explained, making a list.
Monica Bellucci’s body type has been an ideal weight without effort at dieting, above the underweight standard for a model that is not what men generally want. I like a little curve on the stomach to make a soft pillow.
She has used makeup lightly preferring not to cover her face but let her skin breath and shine. (Make-ups are generally toxic and damage the skin leading to a need to cover that up.)
She rejects plastic surgery.
She does not like to do what she calls obsessing with workouts or diets--anything that is strenuous and not gentle and flowing.
She prefers making pasta to working out.
She likes swimming, yoga and pilates.
Pushing it and getting sore is to be avoided, it should all be enjoyable.
I can say this is a good approach as people generally over-train.
As with diets, they are often doing the wrong thing anyway and not responding sensitively to their bodies.
For weight loss she will do a low carb meat, fish and vegetables.
Meals plans I have seen focus on what she likes and have no particular scientific insight.
Above all health comes from doing what she is passionate about—acting and modeling--and this is feeling based feminine approach. She speaks of enjoying and loving the people she works with. And not stressing over the small stuff.
(More details of her health routines can be found at MonicaBellucci.net.)
What emerges is a picture of a woman who understands how her beliefs shape her feelings that shape how her body looks, moves and sounds.
Bellucci has positive beliefs about men.
In interviews she has said she does not want her daughters to hate men.
From an interview on You Tube, “Monica Bellucci Serbian Show:”
“Women can exist socially for themselves
But then we need a man for our hearts”
with hands over her heart smiling.
The man interviewer said, “maybe not too much.”
She looks upset and gets serious,
“No no no, I have to say something.
Men are so important
You are the other face of the earth
And we really need you and we love you.”
And smiles so warmly.
It seems she’s delivered this speech before. She is not caught off guard and pounces on it.
She shut down another pathetic attempt by a man to put-down men to score points with a woman only to expose that he has not understood what is most important to her.
Some of her comments have been made as part of the push back to Me Too going too far, much of it coming from France where she has worked and lived.
She has also explained that flirting in Italy and France is more natural and common as at least a few second of appreciation and nothing more.
Americans are more awkward about such things with a tendency to think that all of these “come-ons” are harassment.
Her feminism is appropriately focused on things in her industry like limited roles for women that have since expanded greatly and sexual harassment. She said she had to learn to deal with sexual advances early on and she said you just learn how to handle it.
She does not over-generalize about men based on unresolved personal issues.
Bellucci is a gender equalist, to use a term by Tim Goldich, author of, Loving Men, Respecting Women.
How women treat exes can tell us a lot as you hear about spite among the stars. She has been friends with her ex husband’s new woman even though she was very young. She said, “The older takes care of the younger.” Apparently, her maternal instinct trumps all else.
On relationships:
“With women, we sometimes look at each other and understand each other without words. Also, a woman can’t lie so much to another woman. With men, we are a bit more cunning. I love men, but women inspire me,” she said, pointing out that both sexes should really learn to communicate better.
“A war won’t lead us anywhere. We need you, you need us, and this evolution of ours, this search for equality, actually frees you too. You used to be forced to take on this role of a knight who has to save everyone from everything. Now, we arrive, saying: ‘We can help you.’ You don’t have to do it alone.
I Love Men But I Am Inspired by Women,’ Monica Bellucci Says at Torino Film Festival By Marta Balaga Variety Magazine online Dec 4, 2021
So women can help each other be honest and communicate directly without being manipulative. Women can get into a lot of self deception especially thinking things about men that gets them stuck and not healed.
Then women can be more supportive of men. She is willing to share in the effort rather than just make demands, which she could do with her beauty power. We hardly hear such a warm offer such as this, it’s too often a list of criticisms or demands.
Caring for men is expressed through Bellucci’s character in her movie Irreversible (2002). When she is sitting on the train with her boyfriend Marcus and this goonish guy Pierre brags how he could screw her good for hours like an animal.
She says, “No, no, I want to feel a man having pleasure” gesturing gracefully with her arms like she is trying to erase the confusion in his brain.
His orientation is about performing for others and a denial of himself.
He’s a slave boy working for The Man.
He’s not listening to her at all, he’s trying to convince and conform her to what she called a “lofty idea.” He’s in his head.
This is the first principle men must understand in relating with women: they feel what you are feeling in general.
Men need to get present to themselves and. feel their pain, their needs and when they are being disrespected. That is how you feel what is going on within her as well.
Connection is not thinking ahead of time about what to say or what to do to her before you know her.
This is about being authentic as everything you believe and stand for comes out one way or the other and you can’t hide it.
Pausing to feel into a woman is a path to freedom from the prison of yourself as a tool of others and a fool . Live for yourself, men, and live to give. Live for love.
We expand each other through the dance of affection.
It begins with breaking the heart open.
I would like to see Bellucci’s male actor who can follow all her moves and is at her level, but I can’t think of any.
Bellucci’s blessing and curse has been beauty: it’s what gets her in the door and from being seen as more.
“They look at me and they think, ‘Ha! Another model wants to become an actress.’ The problem is they can forgive your talent, they can forgive your intelligence but they don’t forgive beauty. I’m sorry it’s true. If you’re pretty you have to be stupid.”
Monica Bellucci says this angrily but quietly.
From an interview by Bryan Appleyard The Sunday Times, 15th February 2004
She has also said “you don’t get more than 5 minutes of attention if all you have is beauty.”
She has never had a shortage of work but has felt not being fully seen and appreciated.
This presents what can be a dilemma of showing a lot of skin and even nudity versus going deeper because it can be distracting.
She has said that men’s reactions are their responsibility, and I agree with that as it applies to touch: how a woman dresses is not excuse for a man touching her without consent.
But some women are angry at men for just a quick glance at their cleavage showing and this is childishly unrealistic. Everything has an effect including the way you dress on the relationships between men and women as a dance of energy felt by the other.
The impact of exposing flesh versus covering up and focusing on the face could be explored more in art.
Flesh is everywhere but love and inspiration are fleeting.
Most interesting are the ways Bellucci breaks above the limitations of visual mediums of photography and film with sheer character.
The limitation of the matrix in modeling, movies and music videos is to portray women as haughty teases unconsciously expressing anger through sexual display of a weaponized body. Game faces are really just cold eyed, not an alluring mystery. Bellucci has enough softness and expressiveness to break beyond some of the limitations of those genres.
Least interesting is what fashion photographers do with her when a smile is so small it looks like upper class sneer or frown of discrimination.
Good art photos of her capture her deep sensitivity and vulnerability.
Personal photos smiling are some of my favorites that show who she really is.
I adore the proud mommy look.
With age there is depth of character in the face and smile:
“But then when you're around 40, 45, 50 or over, it's more about the battles that you went through, so the beauty is more about the person, the soul – not just about the body or physique.”
(online article Facing up to la dolce vita of Monica Bellucci As the star of Dolce & Gabbana's latest make-up campaign march 2014.)
The look in eye of 20 something girls does not grab me.
I want a woman so I can feel her ability to love.
I can feel the depth of woman’s love throughout my whole body.
Bring on the healing mamas!
Nothing puts out feminine fire like too much work. Work is masculine.
Bellucci’s view of America is:
If I am in New York, I love it – that great energy. But in the quality of life in America there is something missing. There is so much attention to money and success. People are like drug addicts. They don’t have life. People just work, work, work. You say you go on vacation for a month, people look at you like you are crazy. They don’t take time for themselves.
“Also I feel there is this Calvinist work ethic. There is no forgiveness. If you are wrong, you pay. They have the death penalty. They have a respect for people just because they have money and success. In Europe maybe there is something ethical. You must respect a human being just because he is a human being.”
Bryan Appleyard interview The Sunday Times, 15th February 2004
This characterization rings true compared to other countries I’ve been in, and for Italians I have met in the USA and in other countries. There is something to hanging out Italian style. Americans who have not lived anywhere else don’t know what they are missing
"On being Italian Monica Bellucc, actress and model, explains why her country understands femininity better than any other: leading ladies." The Times London Sept. 25 2010. I can't find this article but the title makes the point.
Being a mother is part of her escape from work.
A career is not always a source of happiness as Bellucci says most actors are always afraid of losing what they have if the stop working.
Which brings us to the question if the world can provide happines.
Bullucci has said she is spiritual but has spoken agains "religion."
Former religious luke wam believer Syndey McLaughlin Levorone caught fire after she time off from racing in the 400 meter hurdles in the 2020 pand3emic to discover God. Since then, she set the world record and keeps breaking it. She beigns interviews with, "First. all the glory to God."
The closest Bellucci has come to fatih is to play Mary Magndelene in the moive The Passion by Mel Gibson.
“I did everything I could to get an audition.
People would say to me,
‘Nobody will see it, nobody wants to produce or distribute it, it will make no money and it will raise controversy. Why on earth do you want to do it?’
But I wanted to play her because she moves me.”
She was just a sinner like you and me.
Her humanity and weakness touched me.”
(You Tube video: Monica Bellucci did all she could to get an audition as Mary Magdalene in the Passion of the Christ.)
Miracles occurred on the set during the crucifixion with Jesus’ character Jim Caviezel being struck by lightening twice but not injured. This has happened before in filming of crucifixions.
I don’t know if she was there but she must have heard about it.
I don’t know if she will be back on the sequels to Passion, Resurrection, that Mel Gibson is working on. Maybe she will be the one to get struck my lightening next time.
To her this is an interesting character to play.
Is it also God trying to tell her something?
Before I got saved, looking back, I missed some signs and opportunities until I figured it out in 2020.
I would love to see her get lit up with the Holy Spirit look in her eyes.
It would take her feminine to a new level of shine and charisma.
The ultimate feminine glow in the eyes can be found in Christian women who are also feminine as the same time—not all are.
I can see it instantly often in pictures and confirm it on their Facebook profile.
This is not religion but a relationship to Jesus as the manifestation of God and his “energy” that moves through us as the Holy Spirit—all parts of the trinity are one.
I never understood any of this from a distance but once I saw the results of people’s lives being healed and their whole energy changing.
It is worth elaborating what I mean by a relationships with Jesus as what Christianity actually is since is rarely explained competently. This is how to get to the highest level of feminine with Jesus freak vibe in the eyes.
Fundamentals:
Adult water baptism of repentance to ask for forgiveness is often the first time people feel the Holy Spirit. This helps get free from the past and dial you into the power of God.
Worshiping in a spirit filled church (Pentecostal), like Assemblies of God in the USA, the most popular Pentecostal church where you can feel the spirit moving with the music and prayer.
Talking in tongues: spontaneously unknown language sounds like babbling getting the downloads unconsciously through the Holy Spirit.
Reading the bible and studying commentary to understand the Word properly and not be mislead by false ministries and teachings as there are many out there.
Inner Healing and Deliverance is a full process of transformation if you can find a qualified prayer team.
For me it took just 5.5 hours for 3 people who can hear from God to address everything:
Healing childhood stuff
Repenting for sins to be forgiven.
Casting out the demons that take advantage of the pain and only leave after the above steps.
Casting out demons is called deliverance by Christians or exorcism by Catholics bit it’s not usually dramatic like the movies.
After that I was able to perform miracles and hear from God to guide my interpretations of art and my scientific research.
Inner peace has grown gradually and continuously with my faith with the Holy Spirit helping to resolving things more in my favor with less effort.
This is how we pray for others:
Lord thank you for our sister Monica,
I pray the she know you and feel your Holy Spirit moving in her life.
Put the armor of God around her to protect her from all evil and demonic interference so she can hear you.
Bless her life and give insight so she is guided by you.
Pour your overwhelming love on her.
May her faith grow daily in the face of obstacles and tests.
Use this sister’s integrity and sensitivity to continue to spread feminine love and in a Biblical way.
Give her a magnificent vision of her contribution to your kingdom to lead women and all who would be inspired by her gifts of feminine love.
Many Christian women are not being feminine as the Bible suggests and are rebelling against the roles for a wife and men in general.
Sometimes God needs to reach outside the community to believers to find someone to get the job done. Most famously Saul the murder of Christians who because Paul the great orator and universalizer of the Word who had to explain that Christ is not just a Jewish thing but about loving all of humanity.
Although Bellucci may never read this, the prayer for her still matters.
This prayer can be repeated for others or yourself.
I invite all women who aspire find their value and peace in feminine love and to rejuvenate physically to consider this:
All women have more power than they know through their mood and smile to influence the people around them. This fact was announced to me in the most obscure of places: a sign on the wall of a car wash in San Leandro, California put up by a church and hiding in a corner of the San Francisco bay area’s phoney, woke culture.
The physical foundation is first as self love and feeling good.
Women who don’t feel good physically can be in bad moods and that doesn’t help anyone.
First step is my nutritional coaching Primal Rejuvenation.
That addresses all health issues at once: energy, skin, hormones, weight, mood, pain, sleep, etc.
Facial exercises for a youthful face.
