Fix Nutrition Deficiencies for
Immunity, the Terrain and Infection
It is rare to fully identify and treat nutritional deficiencies fully.
Or go beyond deficiencies to super energize with nutrition: food, supplements, and sunlight.
Although many people declare they have “tried everything,” they usually do not do half the things I do every day.
How does nutrition address these three levels of the problem?
INFECTION
The default position that beginners start with is the medical paradigm of treating the pathogens just as a problem of external exposure that requires external solutions of taking things that kill pathogens: candida, worms, protozoa, bacteria, etc.
Some people try for years with little progress or get worse.
Examples of nutrients that kill directly are iodine, copper, and boron.
I’m not saying all you need is nutrients, but more nutrients are usually missing, I believe, for the following reasons:
IMMUNITY
The second level of depth is to boost immunity, which consists of white blood cells that kill infections.
White blood cell production and distribution also depends on other organs: bone marrow, spleen, thymus, lymph, and special lymph tissues organs from the throat through the gut where the biggest battles are fought.
Immunity is not just what kills but what identifies the pathogens and communicates to the immune system: good bacteria, dendritic cells, etc. These are like the citizens that call the police and their numbers and communication get disrupted by pathogens.
The immune system is more varied and more coordinated than taking external things that kill infections, so it also has to be fortified to finish the battle and prevent relapse, which is common.
ALL nutrients support the immune systems since ALL nutrients work with the mitochondria of every cell including white blood cells and organs that make and distribute white blood cells. Minerals like copper and iodine are also often deficient (even at the same time as when in “excess,” so please suspend simplistic logic) and are key to energizing every cell for many functions.
Resist the urge to always be so specific that you narrow it down, like to “the top 3 things.” There is no top 3 things. What matters most for each individual are their deficiencies, which are weak links in the whole system.
Immunity can still limited to the idea of killing something with an external origin.
TERRAIN THEORY: Our Total System
Terrain theory is more than when the body is weak it is more susceptible to external infection, but that infections can be produced internally
Pathogens can actually be the result of mutation from healthy bacteria or yeast, like healthly candida yeast mutating into a fungal form. I categorize a lack of probiotics as a nutritional deficiency.
Mutations can occur from nutritional deficiencies, like a deficiency in biotin leading to pathogenic bacteria.
Or phosphorous deficiency leading to pathogenic pseudomonas species like P. aeruginosa.
Deficiencies of nutrients like magnesium that are important cofactors to utilize other minerals can lead deposits of minerals like iron, calcium and copper because they are unbounded and not utilizable. These unbound minerals can have toxic effects and can be used by pathogens to construct biofilm shields to resist the immune system
Toxicity is an aspect of the terrain or overall strength the body.
Toxins can damage immune organs and the gut lining that prevents toxins from entering the blood.
The gut lining is also an important location for immune system communication.
Toxicity can be the larger problem that is overlooked because the medical paradigm thinks natural things are the main problem, not man-made toxins in their medicines. This leads to overuse of antibiotics that kill our good bacteria and lead to immune system weakness long-term.
Toxicity also generates nutritional deficiencies because it takes many more nutrients to detoxify the body burden of metals, chemicals, mycotoxins, and radiation.
I accomplish detoxification through food primarily, some nutritional supplements and relatively less from supplements for detoxification even though I’ve tried most of the major things. Detox has to be built into the diet every day against constant and escalating exposures, especially in the air like from airplanes spraying chemtrails with aluminum, among other things.
I experiment to find food that gives me energy and helps me sleep.
Energy and sleep are not just symptoms to treat but signs that my body is getting the nutrients in needs for all functions.
Sleep problem are caused by not having the nutrients and circulation to utilize nutrients and perform the functions of sleep to repair and detoxify. So without nutrients and circulation we cannot sleep fully: fall asleep or not sleep long enough, wake up at night, whatever, it’s all inclusive. I call this functional insomnia, as opposed to mechanism insomnia (lack melatonin) or disruptive insomnia: noise, EMF, etc.
I’m most interested in foods with the broadest spectrum of nutrients to cover all the bases of nutritional deficiencies, like organ meats, raw dairy, and raw eggs, although many people need to fix their guts before they can tolerate some of these.
I don’t like trendy science studies leading to supplement sales.
I favor traditional diets and foods that have been proven under survival conditions. That includes some things people say “yuck” to as if that is worse than the total nightmare their lives have become due to health.
By finding foods that energize and relax I know I am addressing nutrient deficiencies to build immunity and detoxify. Nutrition is key to tolerating reactions to killing infections the die-off or whatever, if it is really that rather than killing off good bacteria with antibiotics or some strong herbals.
