Fruit is highly underrated for the nutrients it has and highly misunderstood as a source of evil sugar.
People are so paranoid about fructose sugar in fruit that many people have eliminated fruit from their diets that I have reviewed--and they are still sick.
There is a belief that all fructose is the same: from high fructose corn syrup to fresh fruit.
Highly processed syrup has been heated and denatured with nutrients stripped out.
Fresh fruit has the full complexity of vitamins, minerals, and water that helps sugar be utilized as energy.
To say it is all the same is to know nothing about living biochemistry and never have experimented enough.
It seems compelling to eliminate all carbs when you cut out grains and starches and immediately feel better as I did. You can easily turn that into a religion.
It was all about too much insulin storing carbs as fat because you can't get them into the cell.
The immediate way to control the symptoms is to lower carbs.
The longer term way is to help insulin by lowering resistance by:
1. Repair cells to receive insulin delivering carbs.
2. Replenish the many nutrient cofactors needed to burn sugar and fat for energy.
Many people who have abandoned low carb keto path as not optimal can eat as much of whatever they want now that they have healed and regained the nutrient cofactors it takes to burn carbs.
