Inositol
Hormonal and nutrient deficiency problems are often cell membrane problems: hormones and nutrients can't get into the cells. Or, let's just say cell permeability and receiving nutrients in general as there are theories that show it is not as simple as having a membrane. (Ling)
Insulin sensitivity is an example of that.
One key nutrients for cell permeability is inositol,
Formerly known as vitamin B8 but it got kicked out of the club when they found it was cheating and being made by the body.
Inositol is made by the kidneys primarily; although it is possible to get it from food there is not commonly enough.
People with kidney problems don't make enough inositol and this is one way diabetes can develop.
it leads to other hormonal problems and problems utilizing nutrients even if there is enough in the diet.
This is why kidney problems are so tiring.
It's a lot more complicated than just go buy an inositol supplement because that's probably not going to work. There are different versions on the market. I prefer whole food sources but I can't just tell you. First, with food sources we get into possible allergies and then I have to hear complaints while people expect me to give another source to solve their problem in comments. With whole food sources you get more nutrients and benefits. Whole foods are better than isolates also because the inositol is not denatured and you get all the forms of inositol that you would have to pay much more for separately. Supplements are often a rip-off
With inositol women report more hormonal regularity.
High glucose on blood tests can return to normal.
When you nail a nutrient deficiency you get a fast result. Detox can be an result especially with something like cell membranes that determine nutrient flows in and toxin flows out. You get detox which is not so bad if all the other nutrient deficiencies are being attended to and you back off soon enough.
.
There are more well known methods of cell membrane detox like phospholipid exchange. But this is about inositol with kidney weakness. I already wrote an article on symptoms of kidney weakness you can find by clicking, no spoon feeding. It's free information.
Many practitioners are relying on supplements too much and not seeing the systemic connections between all nutrients and cofactors that work together. They are still working allopathically as "taking this for that." They really too much on narrow scientific studies that isolate one variable at a time so they don't think in terms of synergies. It takes a lot of clinical experience to think outside the box to solve difficult chronic problems.
I can't work for free. I could not provide any of this information if I did not charge for something. I would not have entered this business if I did not think I could do better than anyone else out there. I can select the highest quality nutritional solutions through energetic testing. I can even feel the energy of things through pictures and in the store that may catch my attention even when I am not looking for it. Read my website about how I test and make it work even though it usually fails because there many ways to get to a solution. You have to have a good set of solutions to test.
