The Carb Problem
The carb problem does not have to be handled with just avoidance, as that does not work as a complete solution for everyone.
First, blue light and artificial lights at night drive up insulin levels and prevent utilization of vitamin A. Look it up. Block blue light on and dim your electronic screens directly, not just glasses.
Increase butyrate levels to reduce insulin resistance with resistant starch: selected foods that cooked then cooled in the frig. Some of the starch will covert to fatty acids to lower the carb level like butyrate that has a many known benefits like raising testosterone and working with other hormones as it is like a hormone itself.
You need enough good bacteria and yeast to digest resistant starch and other plant foods to which many people are intolerant in their existing state so a complete gut solution will be necessary, as it is in necessary anyway in cases of chronic illness.
Avoid the most aggravating carb sources like grains and gluten.
There are many other less irritating sources of fiber like root vegetables, fruits, and vegetables.
Instead of eating carbs get satisfied with more nutrient dense foods like animal fats with cholesterol a most important nutrient for skin, hormones, and the electrical systems of the body for circulation and mitochondria.
All cholesterol is good (stop talking about good and bad).
The only problem cholesterol has is a lack of cofactors to work with like sulfur, or any other nutrient deficiency that leads to a break down of complex processes by chain reaction.
Don’t ask me about measuring cholesterol. Focus on what you can feel energizing you.
Some of the best sources are raw dairy and eggs, to which many people are allergic but that can be solved by correcting all nutritional deficiencies and fixing the gut. Use reactions to these foods as an indicator of the state of your health. Avoidance is not the solution: these intolerances indicate other problems that must be fixed.
