Bakhar Nabieva body type is a good health model for women.
Too low in fat are like bikini fitness models that often have to get breast implants. 
She does not diet and does not appear to have implants. 
Instead of reducing fat unnaturally she increases muscles to pop through.
Women don't have to get this big and many will not want to. I think there should not be one standard. 
Her lager size may take some getting used to but in works beause she is symterical and maintains feminitiy and beauty for the overall effect.

It did not cause other physical changes like an enlarged clitoris.

I prefer pictures smileing so that the feminine radiance is larger than physical attraction.
Another lust limiting factor is the striking athleticism that gives a different feeling.
