I see women and men who could improve their booty and bust or chest very quickly just with posture.
Slouching is not sexy or healthy: chest sunken, hips forward with butt tucked under like a scared dog.
Good posture puts the hips back and butt out. Chest out and head back.
It’s confident posture.
The hips swing easily in a sexy walk.
It’s easy to straighten the spine by releasing hip tension, correct the feet with good shoes, and learning to walk and bend over properly to realign muscles.
Most body workers and physical therapists don’t know how to do this but it’s easy to do.
On top of that you can grow glutes for a round booty with little effort in like 5-10 minutes of simple high intensity training to grow muscle size. Only once every 5 days is optimum and more would prevent growth. That’s not a gimmick, that’s actually maximized world class training principles. No gym needed to start with.
To improve spine and joint flexibility, the right short yoga routine for you can do the job. Don’t waste time going to a yoga class, learn from free videos and do it outdoors barefoot on the ground when you can. You can do this every day or whenever you feel like it for emotional balance. Yoga is designed to move energy for deeper transformation.
Optionally but not necessary, you can also run every other day and that makes for nice legs, too. Or play a sport of your choice like tennis or volleyball. It is far better to work out in the sun and on the ground.
