Immunity is diverse white blood cells removing anything that does not belong:
Infection, toxins, cancer, and fat.
Even weight loss happens through immunity.

The first step is to solve the mitochondrial problem, energy for every cell in the body including white blood cells
And the organs that produce and activate white blood cells: bone marrow, spleen, thymus, lymphocytes, etc.
This is done by addressing every nutritional deficiency: especially minerals and vitamins.

It’s really important to eliminate foods that stress your body and immune system as allergens or intolerances.
