Fix Electrical, EMR, Sensitivity with Nutrients
Why are some people seem not at all sensitive to EMR (electromagnetic radiation) from wireless and wired electronics?
Although the environment is way more toxic, that is not the only variable.
How it is possible the running times are dropping all across the board: pro, college, high school, men, women in all distances?
It seems that some people have healthier voltage gated calcium channels and other mechanisms of protection. It is not as simple as the environment makes everyone sick.
I've greatly reduced or eliminated my sensitivities to electronic radiation and light a lot.
Maybe it’s gone. I have not gone consistently without my protective devices because they have additional benefits anyway.
I can't "just say what worked" because it is not a simple "take this for that."
My approach to everything is to solve all nutritional deficiencies so that body can work right. I was not even targeting EMR or any particular symptom, just noticing what nutrients made me feel better. So I don’t know what the exact match is between nutrients and EMR because it’s all related and no one knows what solves electrical sensitivity.
I had already got the best technology protection gadgets I could find that worked for most of it, and I don't talk about it because when I tried no one listened. The most common response is to take it as an invitation to do random product reviews of things that don't work, some of which I tried over the last 25 years. Non sequitur conversations are not my thing. Nor a scattered shopping mentality.
The know-it-alls explain why it can't work even though it does (usually rival EMF consultants). So you can spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars to treat those symptoms with EMR technology, but still have other symptoms because the nutritional deficiencies are still there.
Collective competence on treating nutritional deficiencies is quite low and I feel like I had to figure out almost everything for myself. Two basic problems:
Everyone’s details are different.
Basic principles are not well understood.
The following are some of the reasons that the nutrition being tried has not worked so far.
What I learned is:
1. Root causes are in deficiencies. Toxicity and nutrition are two sides of the same coin as toxins require more than the RDA of nutrients and to make up a long standing deficit. Nutrients are enough to detoxify and the best way overall. Parasites are the toxin that fights back that require additional strategies but still require immune boosting through nutrients.
2. Food first, supplements second. Reduce the number of supplements, but I still take them. Foods have more nutrients in more utilizable form that cover more bases, not just “this for that.” Supplements can make people worse. Just because nutrients are not listed on a food package does not mean they are not there. Look up food nutrient contents in the many data bases and learn to mix and match foods with all the nutrients.
3. Food intolerances to healthy foods that could be part of the solution are often the result of cofactor nutrient deficiencies needed to utilize other nutrients. Patterns of intolerances give clues to deficiencies.
4. Direct and indirect cofactors. Indirect cofactors are things like potassium and magnesium that seem to be needed first for everything so you are not allergic to everything.
5. I personally use muscle testing for evaluation of needs and especially food and product testing. Not everyone is interested in that so I don’t push it or argue about it.
I write all the time about my approach to nutritional deficiencies that anyone can find in a few clicks that everyone should know how to do by now.
My big take away is the framework above.
My small take away is that choline is an example of a cell membrane nutrient that may be relevant to voltage gates.
