Nutrition Principles
Nutrition is Individually Unique and changes over time.
The Body Heals Itself when it has all the nutrients it needs:
Minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats, fiber, sun, etc.
Food is the best detoxification method that makes detox easier.
You are only as Strong as your Weakest Links:
Nutrient deficiencies are root causes of many symptoms.
Basic nutrients are for every cell, organ, function and symptoms since a single nutrient can have hundreds or thousands of roles.
Nutrients work together as a system of cofactors in balance.
You can have food intolerances and other sensitivities due to missing minerals, etc.
Upgrade foods of each group: meat, vegetables, dairy, fruit, starches, etc.
The shotgun approach of covering all the bases even without any testing.
Food First for nutrients, supplements when necessary.
Supplements should be highest quality, brand matters, there are many impurities and denatured or artificial ingredients in supplements.
Quantify key foods or supplements: too little or much can make all the difference.

Digestion and the gut sometimes need to be the initial focus to tolerate healthy foods: food allergies are not permanent.

- light regulates sleep and hormones, is key for circulation.
- Earthing barefoot: electrons help with regulation from earth
- Earth’s magnetic field increases electron spin and is stronger outdoors and in some regions.

- Deficiencies lower energy of every cell, organ, and function to contribute to all symptoms.
- One nutrient deficiency creates another deficiency because they are cofactors that work together as a whole system, leading to a downward spiral of more weak links.
- Deficiencies create sensitivities to foods that could be beneficial, like raw dairy and eggs.
- Deficiencies lower immunity to infection and toxicity.
- A toxic load that drains more nutrients
- Deficiencies directly create mutations of healthy bacteria and yeast that turn into candida that create more food sensitivities.
- Inactivity stagnates circulation of lymph and thus detox and delivery of nutrients.
- An undernourished brain does not sleep the body well, creates more irritation and overreactions to stress, and hormonal dysregulation.
- Deficiency can create Excess: Cravings of the wrong food, Mineral deposits without cofactors (iron, calcium), Weight gain from unutilized calories without cofactors.
