3 Signs of Nutritional Deficiency from Poor Circulation
Waking at night
Constant Stress
Headaches
Constant Stress
Headaches
Nutrients that cannot reach cells is a state of nutrient deficiency based on lack of distribution through circulation from the blood and cerebrospinal fluid to cells.
The blockage is generally in the lymph system that is not flowing to clear the extracellular waste so the nutrients can move in from the blood.
Waking Up At Night
This is not about “taking something to make you sleep” that’s mechanism insomnia.
This is about a need to get up and move to help circulation deliver nutrients to cells to perform functions done in sleep.
Without nutrients to rebuild and detoxify there is no point to sleeping further so you wake up.
This is functional insomnia.
Subtle Constant Stress
Lack of circulation to tissues is a state of starvation and suffocation, like being strangled.
It is a stress that signals action needs to be taken.
Stress hormones from flight or fight can make you move around to restore circulation.
This is why it is so relaxing to go for a walk, run, stretch, or get a massage, although this has not been presented as a full theory anywhere that I know about.
Stress due to circulatory stagnation is even worse for the stress response centers of the brain near the stem and hypothalamus above that, which needs to receive hormones and signaling chemicals. This includes counting leptin as a way of counting fat cells to regulate appetite. Obesity can include a failure to count fat through a lack of brain circulation.
Headaches can also accompany this waking up and are characterized by reverse toxin flow from the liver back into the blood and up to the head.
When the lymph is circulating well the liver can get overwhelmed when toxicity is dumping from the lymph to blood and liver, so liver needs to increase its detox capacity to keep up with all parts of the system having the same capacity as one process flow.
The liver itself is served by lymph so that’s part of the liver being a weak link leading to headaches.
The liver needs more nutrients for its many detox pathways to help with headaches, gallbladder pain, etc.
Move to Circulate
Lymph flow depends on daily movement like walking.
In chronic stagnation it requires lymph massage you do yourself.
You can find DIY lymph massage for free. Lymph massage can be necessary several times a day, not just going to a professional therapist, that people report can be overwhelming and make you feel worse for months as toxicity dumped in the blood is too much for the liver.
Routine movement like walking is also helpful as muscles pump lymph fluid.
Aligned movement recruits all muscles and moves the hips to help move the cerebrospinal fluid from the sacrum up to the brain. I think this is underestimated in theory as some hip alignment techniques create sensation and bliss in the brain as the reward for increasing circulation and relieve of a subtle feeling of starvation and suffocation.
Spinal movement, like twisting, bending, is necessary to get cerebral spinal fluid, CFS, flowing to the nervous system and brain. Blood and lymph fluid in and out of the CFS as one system.

Move to Circulate
- Daily routines like walking, stretching.
- Do it yourself lymph massage (Don’t ask for me to find one for you, just read)
- Spinal, cranial movement

Eat to energize, detoxify & immunize.
Move to circulate, align, & relax.
