Many metals accumulate in the brain and nervous system where it is difficult to increase circulation of the cerebral spinal fluid that is connected to circulation of blood, lymph, and brain lymph-like glial or glymphatic, and involves the blood brain barrier.

But this is not a chemistry or physiology lesson, this is a strategy session based on systems theory.
You cannot directly massage your brain like you can a muscle to move its fluids through the lymph system. The nervous system is protected by bone, but you can move the spine and even the cranial bones to improve circulation.
Moving bones can also align your body to get out of pain and balance your nervous system to rest more for healing. This makes alignment work so immediately satisfying with long term benefit even after you stop doing it once you learn to move properly to align bone with muscle in daily activity.
Circulation to the brain can be improved mechanically.
You got to Move, Expand, and Shake your bag of bones.
MOVE
Daily normal movement like walking correctly with hip movement that pumps the cerebral spinal fluid from sacrum to cranium, along with twisting, bending, etc.
Most people stand and walk improperly. Sitting too much is one root cause. This is one reason why going for a walk can make you think better. Even just the right shoes will balance you more toward a more parasympathetic “vagus nerve” relaxed healing state.
EXPAND
Cranial bones are separated by sutures that can expand to allow more circulation to the brain and relax you.
The limiting factor is the width of the dental palates or arches that are often too narrow because the tongue did not learn to expand the palate through breast feeding by pressing on the upper palate when swallowing and resting to expand the palate. The upper palate or maxilla interfaces with the sphenoid that is on the bottom side of the skull and top of the spine, the juncture between 3 subsystems of bite, cranium and spine. People who have had their sphenoid adjusted know how much difference it makes, but the adjustments don’t hold completely when the root cause is in the bite between dental arches/ palates.

Neck movements can also free the cranium and help the cerebral spinal pump from below.
SHAKE
A swing or chi machine shakes your bag of bones by moving your feet back and forth as you lie down on it. It will even shake your neck and head. All the brands can work and are easily found. Videos on You Tube. This is your shopping take-away. This can either kick your ass with a detox reaction or do nothing at all depending how all your systems are working together for circulation and detoxification.
Here’s where you have to strategize in terms of the whole system.
Nutrition for Circulation
Blood circulation to the brain and nervous system is determined by total nutrient and energy status as the reflected in your level of electrons, what Jack Kruse calls the net negative charge of the cell. This is determined by food, sunlight, and magnetic fields like by using the Magnetico mattress or living in an area of earth with a high magnetic field, like the Yucatan of Mexico.
You can energize the blood systemically and locally on your face as I have done with my lamp from the Relax Sauna company, explained in my post and page, Driving Detox Deeper.
Detox Strategy
It also helps to have a full detox program for the blood to deliver and for the liver to process what is released into the blood: binders, antioxidants for metals, oxidizers for chemicals, methylation nutrients, etc,. that vary greatly with individual needs. First getting bowels moving or reducing diarrhea with proper bile flow enables excretion rather than the liver pushing toxins back into the blood, a state called “leaky liver.”
Interpreting Weak Links
People without serious health problems can detoxify a few days after using a swing machine for 5 minutes. Their energy and circulation is good enough for movement and alignment to be the weak link.
20 years ago with my first chi machine I never detoxified from it because I had chronic fatigue from toxicity, especially mercury. I had too many weak links to detox my brain. It did help mild back pain immediately, which is what it is most commonly known for.
Later I detoxed even though I thought I was detoxed nearly completely, there is always more, including from recent exposures like air pollution.
I have jacked to the max my chemistry and winter light like FIR lamp and sauna that drive circulation through the electrical charge in capillaries, explained previously.
I have also done much alignment work for my spine and cranium using my own methods.

So whatever results you get from a swing machine you have to interpret what the weak links are:
No detox reaction could mean either extreme of you are healthy or not healthy enough to detox, or detoxing so healthy you can’t feel it.
Detox reaction means that movement was a weak link in your circulation, and now there is another next weak link involves how to minimize reactions you need to upgrade another weak link. Adding detox methods could also make you feel even worse, which can be partly inevitable to an extent, and also that there is a still a weak link in your strategy like using more binders instead of mobilizers, or a nutritional deficiency that makes your energy crash with stress.
