High Blood Pressure Indicates Low Body Energy in Electrons
High blood pressure is not a symptom to make go away.
BP is an indicator of how all the root causes combine to lower total energy.
You have to understand the new cardiology to get this: Blood flow is primarily pulled by electrical charges in the walls of vessels and in capillaries squeezing blood cells through to the venous side through a magnetic-like pull. (see Thomas Cowan’s, Human Heart, Cosmic Heart).
In a fetus blood flows before the heart pumps—the research was done in Wayne State University in Detroit in the 1950s.
When electrical charge is low to make the blood flow the heart has to pump harder to maintain circulation. High BP is compensation for resistance of low electrical charge and blockages that relate back to deficiencies of nutrients needed to make electrical charge/
Electrical charge in the circulation system is a broader measure of body energy.
Just as the electrical charge inside the cell is a measure of body energy, according to Dr. Jack Kruse the amount of electrons in all cells, expressed as “net negative charge” of cells and their mitochondria.
Between the two we can total body energy: inside the cells and outside the cells, which is the extracellular matrix, the circulation system being the most crucial part.
Generally the energy levels between the two systems are roughly equivalent as the body reaches equilibrium by distributing nutrients and energy. I think we can make that assumption especially with regard to electrical charge because electricity moves fast.
Therefore, blood pressure I believe reflects total body energy in inverse proportions.
Electrons as the measure also reflect the synthesis of total nutrition which is chemistry and physics. Physics is primarily light as sun light gets converted to electrons on the skin and regulates hormones through the eyes. Sun is not “for” vitamin D, it’s for electrons more than that.
Inside Cells
Inside the cell potassium is number one in charging up with electrons, explains Jack
Kruse: potassium is essential to utilizing all proteins and making the polarized water that holds the electrical charge.
Potassium is the mineral you need the most of, with and RDA of 4.7 grams, that a spoonful compared to microscopic 1 mg of other things.
Compared to 1.5 grams of sodium, 1 gram of calcium and 400 magnesium--generally estimated for body size and relative to stress loads and deficiencies.
Hardly anyone is adding up amounts: taking some pills and eating a banana doesn’t cut it.
You can’t just rely on supplements, it’s hard for some people to tolerate any, it’s not enough by themselves.
It’s not that hard to sit down and look up food contents for potassium and design it into your diet through multiple food sources to get enough. Everyone has different allergies and preferences so I don’t give any suggestions. People are being quantitatively incompetent: “I took some potassium today.”
Potassium and magnesium are essential for heart health: for the heart muscle itself, and every cell of the body including the vascular system, and the total electron count body wide.
People know these minerals are essential for cardio vascular health but can’t tell you why and have no method for getting the sources and amounts right.
I have to add that all nutrients play a role in energizing the mitochondria and the electron transport chains, so other deficiencies can make weak links.
Potassium deficiency is the major issue in cases of edema causes by a sodium retention. Sodium and potassium work in balance. Potassium helps balance and remove sodium. I’m not saying potassium can or should replace diuretics that remove sodium fast.
High BP with trouble breathing is often from pulmonary edema that may begin in the legs and spread to the lungs as the sodium potassium imbalance gets worse.
Pottasium defieciency is also a cause of AFib, arterial fibrillation or irrrgular heat beat, along with thiamine and magnesium.
In Circulation
Major nutrients for keeping the blood flowing are cholesterol sulfate and nitric oxide.
Cholesterol sulfate as well as condroitan sulfate line the vessels to create a thick gel with an electrical charge. This lining is called the glycocolyx.
The center of vessel where blood flows needs to be kept thin and nitric oxide plays a role in thinning blood, that is, preventing clumping of cells or over-coagulation.
Nitric oxide is also important to the synthesis of cholesterol sulfate in the first place.
Stephanie Seneff explains all of this in her book, Toxic Legacy. That book is about the effects of glyphosate, which include destroying nitric oxide.
A part of this theory is the new theory of the fourth phase water, exclusion zone water, that explains how electrical charges and created and health. It’s from Gerald Pollack. I don’t have time to explain and I know my readers don’t want too much technical detail.
Symptoms Of Heart Disease & Causes In Nutritional Deficiencies.
Cholesterol Deposits
Cholesterol is good.
There is no good and bad cholesterol.
There is only cholesterol lacking its partner sulfur to form cholesterol sulfate and keep LDL part of the cycle of cholesterol utilization.
Deposits in arteries that contain oxidized cholesterol are the result of this nutrient deficiency, not a cholesterol excess.
“High” cholesterol could only be defined relative to sulfur deficiencies. I don’t know about numbers for that, I don’t discuss numbers, I only identify deficiencies that cause problems.
It’s like high triglycerides: bad sign but good thing. These are fats that can be used for energy when utilized by the cofactor carnitine, which can be found in food or made from other nutrients, you don’t have to take a supplement.
Calcium Deposits are another example of unutilized nutrients without cofactors especially magnesium, which we know is essential to heart and vessel energy.
Deposits may consist of cholesterol, calcium and fibrin all at once.
Fibrin is a protein repair system band aids floating around ready to form clots to stop bleeding with injury by joining together blood cells into a clot that plugs the injury.
They when not used or used. It’s a matter of balance and is something measured to assess circulatory health.
The liver creates fibrin and the enzyme for recycling it plasmin. When fibrin is not recycled presumably the liver is under stress from any number of toxins like glyphosate.
Fibrin then my form deposits that obstruct blood flow and may break off to form clots that create strokes or embolisms or other congestion.
Blood thinners are medications that address thick blood, but many people complain about their side effects.
The natural alternatives are protease enzymes that thin by digesting the fibrin and more.
Protease enzymes have been shown to dissolve other plaques with oxidized cholesterol by activity enzymes of autophagy and producing antioxidants.
Enzymes have a very broad spectrum of effects for inflammation and pain, even sinus congestion that many people are using.
Many doctors recognize that these enzymes work and may agree to patients taking them as long as they are not taken along with medications, its one or the other they both work.
Zeta Potential is an electrical charge that repels blood cells from each other so they don’t clump. This is an example of the overall level of electrical charges keeping the blood flowing. Blood cells need to fit single file through the arterial to venous transfer.
Venous Insufficiency is slower blood flow through the veins with purplish color indicating pooling. There are many dimensions to this including possible problems of lack of pressure to push in through from the arterial side due to low electrical charge the high blood pressure and heart rate is trying to balance out.
Hemorrage breaking of vessel walls leading to bleeding as in hemorragic stroke.
Strength of vessel walls dependents first on the glycocalyx. I discussed this in another post and web page on leaky vessels and edema and how the glycocalyx is now considered the important factor, not Starlings Theory based on lack of proteins due to the kidney’s leaking protein called nephritic syndrome.
Another layer of blood vessels is the basement layer of collagen. Collagen’s main amino acid is glycine, the one most damaged by glyphosate.
Ischemic Stroke is when various deposits break off and forms clots due to high blood pressure. It’s good to keep the blood clean continuously to prevent clots that can break off at any pressure.
There is clean up through enzymes.
And having all the cofactor nutrients to utilize nutrients so they don’t get deposited: magnesium, sulfur and its cofactors nitric oxide and molybdenum.
Many cardio vascular symptoms are a result of low electrical charge.
And the breaking up of electrical charging nutrients into inert pieces separated from cofactors for utilization.
Finally, the most potent single source of electrons is the sun: Kruse has said the average blood pressure in populations is lower closer to the equator.
