Magnesium L Threonate is Best
Mag threonate (magT) is the best form of internally taken magnesium overall as the most absorbable with the fewest reported side-effects.
Other forms of magnesium often help, but you might not get 100% of what you need and there are more side effects reported.
Everyone has seen the chart listing how different forms of magnesium have different purposes.
MagT is listed as “for” the brain.
While different forms of magnesium can target different things, magT may be the most absorbable and effective overall in my observations according to what people report and my own experiences.
That is probably because it is the best at crossing the blood brain barrier because it is the most absorbable overall.
I don't find that I need other forms of magnesium supplement, although I am also still getting most of my requirements from food in whatever form.
One thing it does not do is relieve constipation. Forms of magnesium that relieve constipation do so because they are not fully absorbable and irritate the gut
The most important variable is getting a product without additives of stearates or stearic acid, those things always ruin any supplement for me: results, ability to tolerate, and testing energetically for over 20 years. It’s not just an individual sensitivity, these are product impairing impurities. I’m not going to try to explain why, you can look it up, although I hear the info is hard to find. This is not just about general science, this about clinical practitioners who know what things actually work.

Even some of the most popular health experts don’t get it.
Mercola’s Neuro Mag caps have these crap in them.
His powder does not have stearates but has sweetners that give me a headache—a neuro product that gives me a headache.
The most famous magnesium expert even says he can’t recommend magT because there is not enough science on it. So he is incapable of experimenting on his own and feeling results and comparing with people who have side-effects from other forms of magnesium.
It is rare for a retail store to have magT without stearates. The only one I found is the Vitamin Shoppe brand, which I never took seriously before. It seems to feel better than other brands--maybe because it was not from an Amazon warehouse.
Most magT is made by the company Magtein.
Then it is a question of which companyruins it the least in the encapsulation process when they add things.
Most supplements are junk.
Most recognized experts are low quality.
This is why it took me so long to heal from chronic fatigue, being helped by so few people.
One of the ways I figured it out what is high quality is that I am highly sensitive to feeling results and can even anticipate what will work. I’m a hunter, I have instincts to feel things. Many people have lost their animal side.
I hope this helps people get back in the game as magnesium is the first step as most common nutritional deficiency with more roles in the body than any other nutrient.
