Nutrition is Individually Unique and changes over time.
The Body Heals Itself when it has all the nutrients it needs:
Minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats, sun, etc.
Food is the best detoxification method that makes detox easier.
You are only as Strong as your Weakest Links:
Nutrient deficiencies are root causes of many symptoms.
Basic nutrients are for every cell, organ, function and symptoms since a single nutrient can have hundreds or thousands of roles.
Nutrients work together as a system of cofactors in balance.
You can have food intolerances and other sensitivities due to missing minerals, etc.
Upgrade foods of each group: meat, vegetables, dairy, fruit, starches, etc.
The shotgun approach of covering all the bases even without any testing.

- Dysreguate the brain/nervous system: not sleeping well, overreacting to stress, and imbalancing hormones.
- Weight gain: through cravings to get minerals and vitamins necessary to burn fat, carbs. Bad nutrient to calorie ratio.
- Weight loss: can't digest enough to maintain muscle, etc.,
