Nutritional Deficiencies Cause Fatigue

Nutritional deficiencies affect every cell of our body in every organ for every function like digestion, regularity, thinking and sleep.
When someone has 10 deficiencies they will be very tired with many unexplained symptoms.
Minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats, carbs, fibers, good bacteria and yeast, and sunlight.

We need to solve every nutrient deficiency for a complete solution.
Nutritional deficiencies are part of the root causes of all symptoms.
Nutrients also do much of the work of healing other root causes.
All detoxification can be accomplished with nutrients.
Much of infection has to be healed with nutrients to rebuild the gut and immune system, not just take external things to kill infections.
How do you know what deficiencies you have?
Sometimes symptoms will suggest what deficiencies are but there is no one-to-one correlation usually, there are multiple deficiencies leading to many symptoms.
All lab tests and other tests have limitations.
Even if the labs are accurate, the RDA means nothing as therapeutic doses are needed to do the extra work of detoxification.
Labs cannot prescribe on the crucial question of what foods you can tolerate, or which of the small percentage of supplements are effective.
We have to experiment with what foods we can tolerate and that satisfy the need.
Rely on food primarily for nutrients.
Learn the foods with a broad spectrum of nutrients, often used in ancestral diets.
In my opinion the 3 most essential fat sources related to cholesterol, dha, and butyrate.
Many of the most nutritious foods people cannot tolerate yet because their guts are wrecked and lacking good bacteria and yeast, so that needs to be fixed first.
Mineral deficiencies play a huge role: if you are missing magnesium, sodium or potassium energy can be low and food intolerances high.
Almost everyone needs extra magnesium, iodine, and sulfur. Individuals often tolerate different forms of these.
All the B vitamins need to be considered as these deficiencies can be deeply damaging when related to methylation DNA damage, and can get much worse by using isolated supplements the wrong way.
Many B vitamins are synthesized by bacteria in the gut, not just from foods.
That’s why fermented foods can be rich in B vitamins, although those are not always tolerated at first.
There is no answer to the question: What’ do I take for X?”
There is no universal solution for a symptom or to supply a nutrient.
Nobody can guess what anyone needs in social media comments, that’s why I don’t give advice that way. It can take hours to assess and plan a complete solution.
