Magnesium Stearate is toxic. That is added to most supplements of some types. It always ruins it for me. I don't have a source to prove it, I've provided it for decades.
Silicon Dioxide. Sounds ominous? It’s diatomaceous earth, which is silica from fossilized algae. It’s very healthy and in many cases probably the best thing in the supplement. People take this alone.
Synthetic vs. Natural
All biotin is synthetic unless otherwise noted and I find that it does not work for me, even if some people claim results.
There are a few whole food biotins containing an herb that works much better.
For energy, hair, and correcting the terrain that leads to healthy yeast turning into some strains of pathological candida.
C or Synthetic Acorbic Acid?
This is one of the few exceptions I know of that has been studied and proven to work well.
Pure L ascorbic acid is what you want, not buffered with other minerals, unless it is for an IV.
Optimize by learning to titrate to bowel tolerance, which is probably way more than you are taking—it’s a known method, look it up.
"Whole food C" is not really different, but eating fruits has many advantages because there are many other nutrients.. Experiment to see what works for you.
Reverse Engineer the Ingredients
Antioxidants popular in eye treatment are lutein and zeaxanthin. Labels say that it is derived from the herbal flower marigold, or pot marigold. Well then, why not get a tincture of pot marigold to get the whole food version that also has multiple nutrients and is less denatured from processing? An alcohol tincture under the tongue can take that to the eyes faster. I improved my night vision so I can drive better with orange blue blocker glasses.

Many people take magnesium for constipation and think they are getting all the magnesium they need. The reason it works for constipation is that you are not absorbing it and it is an irritant.
Magnesium threonate does not work “for” constipation because you absorb it.
Magnesium threonate is listed on a popular chart of types of magnesium as “for” the brain, which means that it actually reaches the brain because it is being absorbed by all cells. You can feel it working.
Some magnesium experts say they can’t recommend threonate because there is not enough science behind it. They don’t know how to experiment and feel results for themselves. This is like turning science into religion that blocks your own thinking.
Magnesium has more roles in the body than any other nutrient and works as a cofactor to absorb other nutrients, so you have to start here, along with sodium and, or potassium, because these three work together as a foundation for all.
Magnesium is “for” everything, just like sunlight is for electrons and mitochondria, which is like saying everything, not just for vitamin D.
Test, Not Guess

This gets yes or no answers only, so it depends how good the questions are, the science and personal experience involved, and how objective you can be.
Many people think this is voodoo, but I don’t care because I know it works.
The best way I can explain it is that my instincts communicate with another person’s instincts across a quantum field of resonance directed by my mind’s intentions. Instincts work through the nervous system.
It is necessary for the testers nervous system to be balanced, that is, not in autonomic nervous system dysregulation.
Muscle testing in person is another way, and that person must be balanced, too, so their polarity is not reversed.
Similarly, I can feel the energy of a supplement in my hand or even a picture online. I can often feel this for others before I test. I can test from lists of online catalogues, not one by one but by halves: asking if the solution is in the first or second half of the list, then half that again until it is down to 1. Sensitivity is a curse that makes people more sick, but can be transformed into a strength to feel what is working and what will work ahead of time so you don’t have to experiment randomly.
This why I don’t like giving advice in social media because it is guessing.
I also don’t like giving advice one thing at time, because that is not a complete solution.
Most questions are an attempt to match a solution to a symptom. As with constipation using magnesium for a symptom can miss the point entirely and lead you to take something that doesn’t work in a much bigger way. Nutritional deficiencies are part of the root causes of symptoms.
The ideal solution is complete and customized through energetic testing of root causes and knowledge of a wide range of best solutions.
