Escalating Toxicity Drains Nutrients
The hardest thing to understand is that toxic exposures have accelerated dramatically and that they drain nutrients required to detox.
I find myself needing to take in more than before.
Nutrient deficiencies show-up as lack of energy, pain, aging, skin break outs, weak immunity--any and every symptom.
Detox is not simply about all those things in your body from before you started “eating clean.”
It’s hard enough go get years of accumulation out and it does not go out automatically by a general “eating healthy:” it requires higher amounts of precise nutrients and avoidance of exposures.
In addition, the exposures are continuous and protecting against the environment and aging will never end but is worth it.
People who have failed for so long don’t believe it is possible.
First, a realistic assessment to motivate disciplined implementation:

Wireless 5G fifth generation WIFI is the fastest escalating toxicity.
It began rolling out around 2019 when the new respiratory symptoms began.
That includes your precious cell phone that is an antennae for what is in the environment, making low SAR ratings and protection devices limited and still polluting the environment for everyone else.
Electronic pollution has free radical effects in the body, which means it steal electrons you need for energy and as antioxidants to detoxify other toxins.
It is also a stimulating toxins via calcium efflux into cells that can impair sleep, the brain and healing.
Graphene Super Conductors
They want to make humans more conductive for the purposes of tracking and maybe programming but exposing us to the material graphene in shots, tests, and masks.
Even being put into water is being proposed.
Air Pollution
Chemtrails from military planes used exclusively for that purpose are spraying aerosols including aluminum to make the atmosphere more conductive for 5G.
There is also a stated motivate of blocking the sun under the guise of slowing global warming, which also may raise mold levels.
Mercury from coal power plants.
Glyphosates airborn in the neighborhood as weeders, or in gmo foods, designed to withstand glyphosates.
Artificial Light
LED lights are even worse than fluorescents; in stores, car headlights, and now home light bulbs Electronic screens
Any bright artificial light at night throws off hormones and sleep cycles.
Tap Water
Flouride and chlorine through the skin and breathed in showers, too.

Nutritional solutions must be customized to the individual.
No “what are the top 5 things” as if it is for everyone.
More like 50 foods, supplements, movements, methods of environmental mitigations, etc.
Calm down, one thing at a time.
You can begin to get results immediately because people are missing so many simple, basic things like minerals, without which little changes.
This is about a paradigm change.
Detox is not primarily cleanses, binders, supplements or fasting.
Detox is building the body’s many detox pathways with nutrients to detoxify ongoing.
As mitochondriacs say, “redox before detox.”
That means nutrients for every cell, organ and function, including detox.
Think of it as increasing your overall energy to withstand detox, not as a specialized medical procedure that can crash your energy.
