Raw Cheese is a Super Food
Completeness
Cheese is a relatively complete food as part of milk that is a complete with the full range of minerals and vitamins plus fat to absorb the fat soluble vitamins like A.
Calcium is in the correct form as calcium phosphate with cofactors like magnesium, boron, and vitamin K especially if the cow is eating grass or alfalfa. Nutrient content depends on feed and soil.
Absorbs Toxins
This benefit is not widely known but I find works better than any other binder or detox method.
It absorbs the most toxins on an empty stomach when it does not seem to be digested. I have even seen the blob come out the other end when I was studying my output.
There is no scientific evidence for this, it’s a folk remedy I swear by.
I have nothing more to say about it.
Spermadine for Longevity
Cheese is probably the best source of spermadine a protein that received sensational press for its name and capabilities leading to supplement manufacture.
Spermadine extends the life of mice by 25%
Spermadine improves cancer, liver and heart health.
It is thought to work through autophagy without fasting.
In cheese spermadine is created in the fermentation, since it is low in non fermented dairy products.
Some people reviewing the supplements have said they are a rip off because they contain little as compared to cheese. It’s another example of people not knowing how to use food or understanding that food has nutrients in it that are not listed on the package.
Nevertheless, some supplements have good reviews to help confirm the theory, even if they don’t have all the benefits of cheese.
Considerations:
Some people have to fix dairy allergies, like myself, pasteurized cheese was the first food allergy I noticed. I have written about dairy allergies previously.
Cheese can be constipating so you have to have counter-strategies in your diet for this, increasing bile flow especially, as I have written about this previously.
