Why is a raw egg in a glass of raw milk a tonic found around the world from India to Italy and under an Oklahoma basketball coach, in the first person accounts I have heard?
This is not about studying something in the lab, then deduce and reduce the “active ingredient” into a supplement so it can be standardized, a process that inactivates the living ecosystem of foods including the enzymes and cofactor nutrients that work together. The microscope does not capture the macroscope.
This is about real people in survival conditions that either get it right or suffer.
I look for results and then reverse engineer the explanation if possible.

Science is gradually catching up to traditional wisdom, and it’s fascinating to know why ancestral diets work because then we can make other connections to innovate new strategies for modern conditions with higher levels of toxicity.
Broad spectrum Nutrients
Milk and eggs are perhaps the most complete foods since they are designed to grow a baby or embryo all by themselves. These super foods contain a broad spectrum of minerals, vitamins, proteins and fats.
The most important strategy in nutrition is to address all weak links in basic nutrients that have 1000s of functions. Not matching symptoms with nutrients, “take this for that.”
Raw eggs and milk are multivitamins and nutrients with the fat to assist fat soluble vitamins and minerals.
These foods should be raw for the broadest spectrum of nutrients.
Heat destroys all the enzymes that help digest the food, without which, food intolerances often result.
Heat also destroys some nutrients.
A few highlights are:
Glutathione
Glutathione is often considered the body’s major antioxidant for detoxification, including metals like mercury, arsenic, and cadmium. Glutathione cannot be taken directly through swallowing since it does not make it through the stomach. Instead, its precursors of 3 amino acids are assembled to make glutathione. The key weak link seems to be cysteine that is found in raw milk in the whey protein faction. Heating milk through pasteurization destroys cysteine and turns it into cystine.
Phospholipid Exchange
Phospholipids are fats found in eggs especially that can replace toxic fats in cell membranes and also fat cells.
The medical way to do this is inject soy derivatives, basically lecithin. Lecithin powder can also be eaten.
The whole food way is to get lecithin from raw eggs that have it in the yolks.
Raw eggs can be extremely aggressive detoxifiers and not recommended for beginners who may get sick and be so shocked they will not try it again. In my experience they cannot draw the proper conclusion that it is detoxification because hardly anyone understands toxicology and everyone is indoctrinated into the infectious disease medical paradigm or germ theory. I have experimented with this germ theory, according to which a rotten egg highest in bacteria should kill me, but I never got sick from that, only an additional rush of energy from this beneficial bacteria. Cholesterol and Fat
Cholesterol is good and I still can’t believe anyone does not understand this since I learned this decades ago and am bored explaining it, which should be unnecessary given all the info available so I don’t send people info on it, but only put its importance into the strategic scope I offer with just a few examples.
Raw milk and diary are great sources of cholesterol are more acceptably eaten raw, compared to meat.
Cholesterol is the basis of steroidal hormones: sex and adrenal hormones. Hormonal problems are symptoms that follow from root causes of nutritional deficiency relative to toxic load that requires more and more nutrients to detoxify, thus draining your nutrients.
Dairy and eggs are great sex drive boosters.
I have found raw dairy to be the best things for skin quality to moisturize from the inside out, which is by far more important than topical applications. For skins, retinol vitamin A from animal sources is considered key to skin health, and raw dairy fats and eggs have it with the fat for utilization.

All kinds of fruits have antioxidants, vitamin and bioflavonoids that work synergistically with C.
In fact, C helps recycle glutathione as part of the antioxidant network that also include vitamin E, coq10 , and alpha lipic acid, 5 in total.
