Intermittant Fasting-IF
IF is the time between meals and the feeding window expressed in two numbers like 18-6 or 22-2.
People often start with IF to condition their body to go without food and start to utilize the more stable energy of fat instead of blood sugar from carbs.
One meal a day, OMAD, is an idea for some people, 23-1.
The cycle can be more than 24 hours, as some may eat one meal every 48, or have a feeding period of 3 hour every 48hours, as does the creator of the Snake Diet, Cole Robinson. This feeding cycle combines IF with actual fasting.
The Snake Diet framework explores many different ways to fast.

I find that ketosis is not the best for myself and most of the people I work with. although moderately low carb often is.
