Journey through Chronic Fatigue
I Had All Root Causes:
Nutrition
Toxicity
Infection
Misalignment
Emotions
Paradigm Problem:
figuring out how to figure it out.

Paradigm Problem:
figuring out how to figure it out.
Symptoms::
Too tired to work for years, insomnia being the biggest preoccupation, constipation, food allergies, chemical and electrical sensitivity and more.
I was extremely underweight in childhood and at my lowest point in 1996, but gained it all back and more.
Major Causes:
Bottle Feeding
My health problems began with bottle feeding as a baby.
Breast feeding is probably the most important thing anyone does for their health, not just for the nutrients and immune factors but for orthodontic development as the foundation for cranial, spinal, and postural development that start with hard sucking in which the tongue presses up on the palate to expand it to make room for teeth, the airway, a straight neck and good posture all the way down.
Underdeveloped palates are seen in crooked teeth and forward head posture to keep the airway open to breathe. Misalignment can introduces tension, circulation problems, and breathing problems that can affect sleep and more.
Tailbone Injury
I don’t remember falling on my tailbone at a young age to create misalignment of sacrum and hips that has ripple effects upward for posture and some pain in the SI joint and lower back as an adult. I did not know about this until chiropractors took X rays.
Nutritional Deficiencies
A picky eater at a young age and underweight. Aversion to most meat, but plenty of appetite for candy. I craved butter but when ate a lot of margarine got sick.
Antibiotics Overdose
Lacking immunity and on a standard American diet there were common flus and colds.
I got an overdose of tetracycline that damaged my liver and gut flora. My teeth stained gray for life as a result, a well known consequence of tetracycline.
Vaccines
All the vaccines standard for being born in 1962, which are far fewer than today.
Mercury Poisoning
I had 13 mercury fillings leading to mercury poisoning, plus canned tuna as an additional source.
Pesticides
We used pesticide mosquito sprays on our skin. Years later I sprayed hydrogen peroxide all over my body and smelled it coming out, although that was not my intention.
Cavitation Infection
Wisdom teeth extractions lead to jaw bone infections known as cavitations.
I had a painful dry socket right after the surgery that was a sign of lack of circulation that would lead to lack of healing and infection.
Emotional Abuse
Not being allowed to have boundaries and not learning how to defend myself lead to a lack of boundaries and ability to defend, which people could sense and take advantage of. This lead to a sense of not being safe, extreme stress and resentment. This contributed to autonomic nervous system dysregulation, along with it’s physical causes.
Running
I was a pretty good long distance runner in high school cross country and track, but I was frustrated with not being fast enough to win big races despite being serious about training. I was unaware of any serious health problems developing. I was using running to relax and cope with emotional problems and toxic irritations I did not understand. I continued to run like up to about 10 miles until age 30 even though i was getting more tired. After stopping for the winter I was not able to start up again. I think running had kept my circulation going but then it stagnated.
Infection, Dysbiosis
Living in central America I got infectious exposures including an amoeba and worsening gut dysbiosis that always included candida and probably started with antibiotics poisoning.
Indoor Air Pollution New Construction
Buying a new house with chemical off gassing and finishing the deck with arsenic containing wood preservatives. This showed up on the hair test in 1998 that identified mercury poisoning, along with arsenic and aluminum especially.
Mold
While making progress in recovery, a moldy house that was a set-back.
Electromagnetic Radiation
Electrical sensitivity was felt with the earliest wireless in home dect phones and even regular wired to the way phones put to my head. I used speaker phones. Wireless exposures became much worse.
More Dental Abuse
Going to an alternative orthodontist that actually damaged my teeth with no progress and then he refused to take responsibility. So this problem never got solved. Orthodontic expansion is considered difficult or not possible in later years. But would never say something is uncurable, even if it is not scientifically curable.
Recovering Movement
The hardest thing is alignment because I would need to change the size of my head through widening my upper palate substantial and that is hard to do in advanced adult. As a result I have a forward head posture that initiates the S curve. Hips can be more easily straightened below because the bones formed properly and the tailbone can be adjusted. But the forward head posture from above exerts pressure to misalign that constrains circulation.
This challenge has given me motivation to develop a more thorough do it yourself alignment system to stay aligned to keep circulation open to detoxify and make way for nutrients.
These movements close to the spine and nervous system are also relaxing and help rest the nervous system.
This is a do it yourself body work system: Move to Circulation, Align and Relax.
You have to really study the misalignment problem from bottle feeding I have super short one page on that under Alignment: Orthodontics: A New Frontier, but mostly you have to look it up.
Big Obstacles
Some of the hardest things to do are:
Paradigm Change
I can’t summarize solutions. There is no “top 3 things.”
I have 200 web pages about solutions that will be different for everyone.
What "worked" is how I made decisions:
I am always working on improving and slowing aging.
At 60 I could not run like I was 30.
My brain works better than ever for thinking and writing.

Big Obstacles
Some of the hardest things to do are:
- Staying focused on healing, not shattered and scattered. I did not want to spend that much time on healing, I was more interested in other things. Eventually I faced the truth of what it would take.
- Reading. My reading comprehension was not that great at first especially for things that did not interest me .
- Overcoming limiting assumptions that blind to real solutions. (not doing the same things over and over). Some things worked great at first but I needed more. Complexity is the problem.
Paradigm Change
I can’t summarize solutions. There is no “top 3 things.”
I have 200 web pages about solutions that will be different for everyone.
What "worked" is how I made decisions:
- New paradigm of science that is truly holistic: systems theory and engineering thinking with operational knowledge quantified.
- Sensitivity to feeling things working
- Energetic testing of solutions, read my section here.
- Prayer to guide my science.
I am always working on improving and slowing aging.
At 60 I could not run like I was 30.
My brain works better than ever for thinking and writing.
