The energy in every cell of every organ for every function like digestion and the brain.
NAD path (B3) is target, but all nutrient deficiencies need to be corrected to increase energy production.
“Metabolism” is not thyroid, it’s mitochondria.
Light Surfaces: skin and eyes.
Sun light is a nutrient and cofactor for food nutrients: especially making electrons for the mitochondria.
Light through the eyes is even more powerful for nutrition than light on the skin.
Artificial light is a toxin that destroys nutrients and dysregulates the brain, sleep, etc.
Reason for vitamin A “toxicity” red light deficiency relative to blue artificial light excess--digestion includes the eyes.
Only way to make real hormone D sulfate that is water solable and used everywhere, unlike fat solable D supps.
D is made by sun using cholesterol and sulfur.
Circulation:
Blood, lymph, cerebral spinal fluid, extracellur fluid, bile
to remove waste to make room to distribute nutrients to cells.
Weak bile flow from the liver (constipation) is often the one holding back lymph flow and then high blood pressure tries to get the system moving when electrical charge in the capillaries that pulls circulation (more than the heart is a pump) is low or not enough to move stagnation of lymph and extracellular fluid.
Bile flow is part of digestion of fat.
Structure:
Collagen: skin, joints, gut lining, muscles, bones, fascia, interstitial structure of extracellular fluid for circulation.
Collapse of interstitium impairs circulation—due to deficiencies. (hypothesis)
Aging skin and pain and nutrient depletion over time and not as inevitable as it seems.
Air Surface: lungs

Breath: hyperventilation leads to Co2 depletion and lower oxygen utilization.
I count digestion as a combination of these things.
