Turn off your WIFI and replace it with cables to each computer and cell phone.
You have to make sure that the WIFI is actually turned off in the box, the modem.
Do this from a computer in the network.
Call your internet service provider to guide you through it.
Then check with a phone or meter to see if a signal is still coming from the box, modem, router, whatever you want to call it. You may need a new router or remove it if it won’t turn off.
It works best to use category 7 cables that are shielded from emitting or gathering additional dirty electricity.
Using a power line adaptor to run the internet through the electrical wiring is generally not a clean alternative.
