PAIN
Chronic pain has two major causes: nutrient deficiencies and misalignment.
Back, neck, hips, joints, feet is what I will deal with at the moment.
I have had so many pains from chronic developmental misalignment and sitting in chairs.
Nutrients
All nutrient deficiencies must be corrected for every cell the body to optimize healing of pain and injuries in any part of the body: protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, sun, etc.
Identifying nutritional deficiencies and general needs is the most complex and individualized part.
Protein from meat with fat is needed to heal, often in larger quantities instead of filling up on starches.
The right meats for the individual are needed for optimum healing, like red meat especially.
I have found the right meats to be much more effective than the most expensive high quality collagens that did nothing.
It’s better to just get the diet right.
Some minerals can be key internally for general deficiencies and sometimes in topical forms: sulfur, silica, magnesium.
Light is a nutrient.
I use the far infrared technology from Relax Sauna because it is the least stressful concerning electromagnetic radiation, EMR or EMF, and tangibly relaxing.
I have the sauna and a lamp.
The sauna reduces pain by energizing the whole body and blood for circulation to heal.
Alignment
Whole body alignment is the key to making joints, spine and posture efficient to prevent stress points and pinched vertebrae.
I have written extensively how back alignment is determined by hips and feet from below, and from above forward head posture can force the exaggerated S curve.
It’s better to learn to move correctly through walking and bending, and some more careful ways of sitting. This trains the muscles to move the bones in the right places.
Some physical therapists work just around the injury sight, like shoulders, and often overwork already exhausted muscles further. What people need are better ways to sit and walk that even align shoulders.
Circulation
Lymph circulation is key for healing injured areas by removing waste so nutrients can get in.
Lymph massages can be done do it yourself and videos are all over the web.
It’s easy to do the whole body in a general way in a few minutes a few times a day.
