Detox Is Electronic Warfare
Total toxic load should be the real focus of detoxification, not just one thing like mercury.
Mercury and other free radidcal toxin steals electrons as just ONE of its mechanism of damage, and so does EMF or electromagnetic radiation. Both drain electrons from your body you get from foods, supplemetns and sun.
In that sensem, there is a war over electrons,
At the same time there is a useful role for free radicals our body produces and targets for a purpose:: steals electrons from toxic chemicals and patogens to dissolve them into less harmful compoments. This happens as an antioxidant donates an electron and then becomes a free radical itself with an unpaired electron that seeks another electron. For example, this process is known with ascorbic acid or vitamin C. This process is targetted and have mechanisms of self-regulation, in contrast to the overwhelming blitzkreig that oxidative therapies can sometimes be like use of ozone or hydrogen peroxide.
So, two mechanisms of detox are to donate electrons versus steal electrons, either as made by your body or received externally. These two work together as a system.
Both donating and stealing electrons from chemicals/molecules are part of energy production and other functions. Electrons are also simply energy for us.
Antioxidant’s donate electrons to neutralize electron stealers known as free radicals. Free radicals have unpaired electrons that want to steal electrons to become a stable pair. A strong free radical would be inorganic mercury in the state Hg++ with its double positive charge to steal electrons from us as one mechanism by which it does its damage. Similarly, EMFs, or electromagnetic radiation and radio frequencies, are electron stealers, indirectly through chemical reactions they instigate, that contribute to total toxic load. EMFs steal the electrons you need to detoxify mercury and for your own energy.
Electron stealers that can benefit us are the oxidizers ozone, hydrogen peroxide and chlorine dioxide. These kill all kinds of pathogens like bacteria and candida, and also can break up chemical pollutants into harmless components. Oxidation is also part of basic cellular, metabolic processes as a catalyst of healthy reactions.
Many presentations of this topic are confusing because they don’t explain the difference between free radical and oxidation. This is how I understand it: Oxidizers are one form of free radical, that is, free radicals is the larger category, not all free radicals are oxidizers, such as, mercury. Good free radicals used by our body are oxidizers, but that does not mean oxidation is always good, it’s about balance and timing focused on the right target. Similarly, antioxidants are also more accurately sometimes referred to as “free radical scavengers” or neutralizers.
By metals I mean basic elements or minerals that cannot be broken up into smaller pieces: only the charge of electrons can be effected, or bonded to another element to become a a molecule. By chemicals I meant molecules that are collections of elements that can be broken into pieces as well as having their number of electrons changed to change their charges, positive or negative. For example, mercury and selenium are both elements. Selenium is called a mineral because it is healthy for us. Selenium is an antioxidant, it has a negative charge which means it can donate an electron to help neutralize toxins like mercury. It can also bind with mercury especially in the form of selenite, which is selenium bound with three sodium, to completely neutralized mercury. These bonds are formed, in part, through opposite charges that attract each other like magnets. This is a simplification, just to get the general idea. Mercury has many forms and scientists do not fully understand how they change from one form to another: Hg, Hg+, Hg++, methyl mercury, and bonds with various other elements and molecules. Chemical reactions need to also be understood at the level of physics: the entire spectrum of electromagnetics that includes light, that is the point to this article, and the point that Dr, Jack Kruse makes all the time.
Opposites of oxidation and antioxidants are needed in our body’s in balance. Together they form the energy production system termed “redox,” which is the combination of phrases reduction (antioxidants) and oxidation. Jack Kruse says “redox before detox” to add that the focus on basic cellular processes comes first to make the body stronger and begin detoxification on its own. The body must self-regulate and coordinate with the sun for circadian rhythms of sleep and biochemistry.
It’s not always wise to shift the entire terrain of the body in one direction all at once with only oxidizers or antioxidants, using ozone like a blitzkrieg, for example, although that can work wonderfully for the right individual. If you don’t respond well to ozone, your problem may be more metals than chemicals or bugs.
Self-regulation is Just In Time production (metaphor from Toyota factory system) of what your body needs in the right amount at the right time and for the right target. To continue the metaphor, this contrasts with mass production of many cars of one kind hoping the customer will buy, and not targeting production to customer needs on demand, or adjust to immediately fix quality problems.
Studies show that taking antioxidants alone can raise cancer rates. This may also be an effect of the particular vitamin taken, like beta carotene supplements that can throw other things out of balance.
It’s also important to understand once C donates it’s electron it becomes a free radical itself, and then may be able to perform healthy oxidizing functions, so there is a complex dance occurring.
PHYSICS OF TOXICITY
Electron stealing is only once aspect of toxicity of electromagnetic radiation and radio frequencies, or EMF for short. These also dysregulate the body, specifically they tamper with calcium channels on cell membranes that are voltage gated: too much calcium enters the cell which then swells to break-up the connections between respiratory proteins and electron transport chains. These basic breakdowns can lead to potentially any health problem, most obviously, lower energy and less energy for detoxification.
PHYSICS OF NUTRITION
Sun is the number one nutrient and source of electrons. We convert the sun’s photons of light to electrons to energize the water of our body like a battery. This is a far larger effect than vitamin or hormone D.
During cold months a far infrared sauna is a slice of sun that helps provide this effect that in addition to directly sweating toxins.
Sun stimulates the activity of electrons on molecules provide Einstein, the photo electric effect.
The earth’s magnetic field also speeds the orbit of an outer electron. Since the earth’s magnetic field is at a cyclical low point, it is helpful for many people to get a Magnetico mattress pad that can help with detox, pain, sleep, and energy.
INDIVIDUAL BALANCE
The question is how to know what an individual should do.
How much to reduce with antioxidants or oxidize?
If infection and or chemicals is your main problem then oxidizers may be a priority.
Heavy metals requires more antioxidant free radical scavengers.
Or a combination of both, as people using oxidizers often take antioxidant for balance. I think timing can follow circadian rhythms with oxidizing perhaps being used in the day since UV light creates ozone in nature, as well as contributing photons to convert to electrons. Antioxidants make sense at night, then, also for the reason that these are best after workouts.
We don’t have all the labs tests and measuring instruments to assess an individual’s state of health, much less anticipate what solutions will work for them. Much of nutrition and medicine is a black box operation: inputting antioxidants and looking for health to come out of the other of the box of unknowns. Our collective knowledge is incomplete.
To act without knowing is called “tampering with a system” in the engineering world of quality improvement. I draw upon this body of knowledge because it is more sophisticated than medical science which has very little systems theory. Engineering thinking thus still applies to health even though a single cell is more complex and mysterious than all the factories in the world.
Engineering thinking called six sigma demands that practitioners define root causes appropriate to circumstances, and provides methods to do so and analyze data. The medical and even alternative health field has not defined root causes systematically anywhere that I can find. Much medical knowledge is the pretentious flaunting of technical details as a charade of expertise to impress non-specialists.
We cannot expect to know everything but have to decide each day what what foods and supplements to take.. That’s why I use energetic testing of root causes and best solutions.
