Sun does not alone cause skin cancer: that is totally overblown.
Sun exposure is a major determinant of health: One example: High blood pressure is almost nonexistent at the equator and rates rise as you go further north. That is just one example, and we know so much more about sun supports health.
Sun has been used to help cure all kinds of diseases, like tuberculosis in Dr. Rollier's clinic in Switzerland.
Nutrition is not just chemistry of food, it’s the physics of nature.
Sun is not just for vitamin D, that is only one small part.
Sun energizes the water in your body polarizing and giving it an electrical charge necessary for basic energy production with the mitochondria of every cell. Sun helps creates the 4 phase of water, H302 with more oxygen, that our body uses
Sun through the eyes creates healthy brain chemistry. It is obvious that people feel better on a sunny day.
Day and night cycles, circadian rhythms, also time hormones to sleep and utilize other nutrients at the right time.
Skin must be healthy to tolerate and absorb sunlight. All nutrients like the different colored rays of sunlight work together with chemical nutrients as cofactors as a system to be utilized. To protect against sun burn and to absorb vitamin D you need cholesterol and sulfur in your diet, no need to apply to your skin.
I used to burn before I understood nutrition and had detoxed mercury. Now I never burn and only tan and do not need to get used the sun gradually in the spring if it comes suddenly with one hot day. The sun does not seem to damage or wrinkle my face at all, it just makes it look better. If you are not at the level or out in the sun a lot, or worried about it, you can wear a hat for shade while exposing the rest of your body.
Extreme exposures can be avoided, like the 3 hours around solar noon. This is more necessary in a tropical climate, where I have had sun stroke, which leads to a fever and even vomiting, before I was into health. I have also had intense sun burn at high elevations like 10,000 feet, hiking. Now I can tolerate noon sun in the summer in Michigan, although beginners probably can’t.
I get as much sun as I can, even in the winter. Even just through the eyes and face with no eye covering of glasses, unless you are in extreme conditions like snow cover and it hurts.
We are told that sun and cholesterol are bad for us, when it’s the exact opposite. This misinformation fuels conspiracy theories. A recent development Bill Gates has announced his commitment to geoengineering spraying of chemtrails in the sky to block the sun’s rays supposedly to slow global warming.
Sun is the source of life on earth that begins with plant photosynthesis.
All health benefits from the sun also benefit skin from within.
