Reading Ability & Brain Fatigue
Reading abilities are declining and people are often unaware of it.
Attention spans are declining, and that is not a separate issue: It is too hard to read, they are too tired.
Personal messages are often not understood, they completely miss part of a short 3 sentence message.
Some people admit they don’t read a full sentence.
People with brain fatigue typically only read what really interests them and is within the comfort zone of what they already understand, so they can’t find the new health solutions they need.
Attention is also intention:
“Busy” is priority and ability, and that depends on brain power.
Brain health is clearly challenged by a toxic environment of artificial lights, electronic pollution, and chemicals man made or moldy.
Resilience to toxic exposures stresses depends on the nutrients levels to function properly and detoxify the preexisting body burden of toxic accumulations over a lifetime beginning with your childhood shots or you mother’s toxic load.
Dietary Nutrition
Brain health is the result of total nutrition, not just a few things “for” your brain.
The “top 3 things” “for” the brain are your 3 missing nutrition links for your whole system and that varies with each individual.
A missing link is usually a nutritional deficiency, but it could be something to eliminate like an allergen or excess like starches, especially if you are beginner.
Everyone needs a complete, customized nutritional solution of all types of nutrients: minerals, vitamins, sun, protein, fat, etc.
Some important nutrients for the brain are for every cell in your body:
Light
A direct assault on your brain is through your eyes: artificial light.
Light, both good and bad, affects the brain, specifically, part of the hypothalamus the suprachiasmatic nucleus--SCN--that processes light to regulates hormonal production, starting with melatonin production for waking and sleeping coordination, or nervous system regulation.
Adrenals and thyroid hormones are symptoms and just messengers, not the message.
These end result hormones are coordinated by the HPA axis: hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal, (or thyroid.)
Brain determines hormones, environment and diet determine brain capacity and timing.
Let’s all say, “Brain fatigue” instead of adrenal fatigue or thyroid something.
Sunlight is the most important nutrient and everyone knows a sunny day is the best thing for your mood as it helps produce dopamine and general regulation if you let it pass into your eyes without glasses or contacts.
Toxic light is artificial lights in the blue light spectrum.
LEDs are the worst in my experience.
Fortunately it’s easy to shield your eyes with orange glasses and a hat indoors like in stores.
Electronic screen blue blocking tints that are free.
Artificial light at night, ALAN, makes your body think it is summer and increases insulin and carbohydrate appetite to store fat for winter.
I once had trouble using my screen tint so I started buying starches again and gaining weight. Light regulates hormones like insulin.
Wireless and Wired Radiation
Cell phone use, wifi, and just about all electronics are zapping people’s brains.
Insomnia is one problem.
Tinnitus or ringing or feelings of vibration in the head are another.
There seems to be a synergy between radiation and the shot, especially since it was revealed that the superconductive graphene was used.
My reading comprehension suffered when I had chronic fatigue from things like mercury poisoning that is a neurotoxin.
My brain is now stronger than ever.
I can write more easily than most people can read.
I can write this as fast as my fingers can move without an outline, just a general idea.
The better my brain got the easier it got to figure out the next step.

Attention is also intention:
- Are you shopping for easy miracles or thinking-though a holistic solution that integrates your lifestyle and diet in your environment?
- How much complex truth can you handle?
- And implement a plan to completion?

Some important nutrients for the brain are for every cell in your body:
- Cholestrol: your brain is heavily made up of cholesterol.
- DHA: fish fat, from fish only, not pills or cod liver oil, that are completely unnecessary, ineffective, rancid junk. (Don’t ask me questions on supplements, it’s totally boring old news.)
- Protein: with large amounts of meat I eat the better I think.
