Cold Intolerance

Cold Conditioning
Cold Intolerance is a symptom of low energy on a deep level and should be treated.

- Finding the right diet customized for you. Reducing carbs can improve fat burning and warmth, but for some other people that is not necessary.
- Addressing all nutritional deficiencies in mineral, vitamins, probiotics, sunlight, etc, to make that diet work. Essential fats omega 3 fish oils can help fat burning.
- Herbal tonics can bring up deep energy quickly. You may need a half dozen things that match your particular existing state as determined by energetic testing. In Chinese medicine these are called Jing tonics for the deepest root energy. With deep exhaustion you start with an emphasis on yin energy and work in more yang as you increase. Some formulas are balanced between yin and yang nutrients. This will be highly individualized.
- Upgrading as many foods and supplements as can be identified to increase energy.
