Menopause and Andropause
Rejuvenate as You Age
Declining hormones for both women and men are a result of lower systemic energy in the mitochondria of every cell.
It’s easy for a woman to notice the change in her cycle and symptoms like hot flashes, but you cannot see or experience mitochondria directly, so this is why people often have a superficial focus. You can more often feel your total energy levels.
Men also experience a decline in testosterone and sometimes rise in estrogen with aging and health issues, although andropause is not a popular concept. It does not matter, I’m not here to talk about andropause, I’m only interested in systemic energy and we can talk about sexual health in that context
Hormones are symptoms, not causes. Hormonal glands are small organs that are messengers, not doing the work of creating energy. Body parts are not causes. You can refer to mitochondria as a representation of energy of the whole system if you talk about cells in the environment and lifestyle, not as an isolated “medical condition.”
Total energy is determined mainly by nutrition, toxic load, and how you handle stress.
Nutrition: minerals, vitamins, fat, protein, carbs, sunlight, probiotics, etc.
Toxic exposures and body burden: metals, chemicals, electronic radiation, light, mold.
Stress reduction and rejuvenation techniques are explained below.
What you need is not a narrow solutions for hormones or symptoms like menopause but a general rejuvenation following the same guidelines at any age. In addition, a method or two to restore ovaries or testes can help.
Nutrition should be fully customized to the individual with all deficiencies, excesses and allergies addressed. All foods and supplements tested energetically for what weakens or strengthens.
Foods and supplements upgraded to better ones. This will give you more energy, make your skin look younger, and feed hormones. Sex and adrenal hormones are made of cholesterol, a sterol, these are steroidal hormones.
Toxic exposures are getting worse and nutrition should create gradual continual detoxification. Protection against electronic pollution or EMF is key as all forms of radiation and radio frequencies lead to free radical damage in the body: they steal electrons you need for energy and to detoxify. EMFs fight against your nutrition and throw off your body’s regulation that can include sleep. stress responses, etc. Free radical damage occurs to skin.
Exercise and movement is important. Most people are overtraining which can be seen as a lack of steady progress and joint pains. Even with progress like strength gains, exercise can steal energy you need to stay young by using up stem cells, I hypothesize. Your body can react to a workout like it is an immediate stress that takes priority over your beauty concerns or longevity and at their expense. People who use steroids and have highly developed muscles sometimes die very young.
Calibrating how much to work out is very hard for people do because they are addicted to the workout high and don’t know other ways to reduce stress in a deeper way without such a cost. People are very resistant to hearing this and changing.
Energy can be increased by conserving sexual energy at any time in life but becomes a more obvious necessity as we enter our 40’s and have to stop acting like we are invincible and taking our bodies for granted.
Women lose energy through menstruation, which can be slowed and flow or duration reduced through techniques of ovary massage and breath. This can also move stuck emotional energy. This can be done at any age.
Men lose energy through ejaculation so limiting frequency can increase energy and magnetic presence.
