Pain as a Sign of Nutritional Deficiencies
Pain can be caused by nutritional deficiencies in combination with other stressors.
Symptoms of nutrient deficiencies like pain appear most in stress points in the body but don’t be fooled by only what you notice: it is likely that other places are lacking nutrients as well.
Stress points can be causes by misalignment of bones and muscles, like the back, hips, shoulders.
Nutrients I have noticed that have the most direct impact on many kinds of pain are protein, magnesium, sulfur and silica.
Magnesium because it has more roles in the body than any other nutrients. Magnesium is “for’ everything.
Sulfur and silica have many functions including in connective tissues where pain shows up.
Sulfur and silica are also known to be good for skin, hair, and nails, because we can see the symptoms of deficiency there.
These three minerals are broad spectrum healers that can be utilized internally and externally on the symptoms. It is helpful to saturate from inside and outside with the highest qualtiy products and foods.
Any other mineral or vitamin may be involved as weak links being suffered by potentionally every cell. Sodium and potassium are crucial to utilizing everything. You might not get any results until you address all weak links in nutrition.
You cannot try sulfur alone and say “that did not work” when you lacked diagnosis and strategy. You may need more molybdenum to utilize sulfur, especially if you are sulfur intolerant. And so on and so on as nutrients all work together as cofactors and if you increase one you may need to increase another.
There were times when I got shoulder pain from insufficient protein that was immediately relieved with meat.
Leg aches from fatigue for me comes from not enough carbs.
Sunlight and far infrared are also very effective as general nutrients. For FIR I recommend the Relax Sauna brand and they also have lamps. Forms of light are nutrients for systemic nutrition that everyone needs since most people work indoors.
The things that make pain go away also have general benefits like energy and well being.

Silica is also needed to detoxify aluminum which is ubiquitous in air pollution. Cell phone radiation and other wireless and wired drain energy and damage tissues in ways that increase pain directly with inflammation.
As you can see nutritional deficiencies can be multiple with complex interactions and are highly individualized.
I always test energetically for causes and from lists of best solutions.
It has been satisfying to see pain go away with each nutrient I ate or put on my skin.
