PHOSPHOLIPID EXCHANGE
This detoxification therapy is somewhat like using minerals to replace metals, but instead uses pure fats to replace toxic fats in cell membranes especially and also fat cells.
The medical way to do this is inject soy derivatives, basically lecithin. Lecithin powder can also be eaten, although the effect may not be as strong.
The food way is to get lecithin from raw egg yolks. Eggs are also one of the most complete foods, like milk, with many extra benefits. People notice detox effects from eggs that pull toxins out of the body. I don't recommend this for beginners. People often have violent detox reactions that they are certain is a food poisoning infection and everyone the ask will say they are certain this is it and they will be dead wrong. They never experimented with slightly rotten eggs to see what happens and that does not cause food poisoning, only an extra high from the bacteria, as with some other fermented products. But it is usually impossible to discuss this rationally becase most people only have an emotional reaction and have been conditioned into germophobia--especially Americans.
Phospholipid exchange therapy is also done with glutathione at the same time. So you could combine milk and eggs to do it yourself.
And guess what? A traditional tonic is a raw egg in a glass of raw milk, used from India, to Italy to a basketball coach in Oklahoma. It’s good to know science is catching up. This is why I study traditional cultures for health practices because much has been learned from survival for many more years than we have had science that is influenced by money.
It’s best include these foods in your lifestyle for gradual, continuous detoxification, not a sporadic, aggressive, medical IV infusion.
