LEPTIN
Key to Weight Loss and More
Leptin Resistance: What are the Root Causes?
The problem with the hormone leptin that regulates weight gain is “leptin resistance.”
Resistance occurs as the hormone leptin released by fat cells is not received by the receptor sites on the hypothalamus, an endocrine gland in the brain that also controls the pituitary gland that controls thyroid and adrenals. Leptin signals that there is enough fat on the body so you can stop storing fat.
Poor circulation of the lymph means that leptin can't reach the hypothalamus to rspresent and count fat cells.
Overweight people have slow lymph.
Blood circulation problems go hand in hand with lymph circulation problems
Same for cerebral spinal fluild
