How I Test for Nutrition Needs
You need to be on the right diet customized just for you.
The right diet should be built around addressing nutritional deficiencies.
Nutritional Deficiencies are almost always the first things to address no matter what the symptoms or diagnosis.
The best way is to use some method of energetic testing to determine both what the deficiency is and how to get the nutrients:
Testing can begin with what is the first nutrient to address in order of priority:
Asking: Is it a macro nutrient, micro nutrient, light, special needs, or digestive need?
Then ask again for the second priority.
Some nutrients are priority dependent: magnesium is often first because it is the more common deficiency and a cofactor for assimilating all the other deficiencies lower on the list.
1. Macro nutrients are protein, fat, carbs.
2. Micro nutrients are vitamins and minerals.
3. Physics is primarily light: sunlight or some form of read or UV lights when you can’t get enough
4. Special needs are super tonics herbs when you are really tired or need an immunity boost.
5. Digestive needs are to help digestion directly
When people react to most foods they often have gut infection or dysbiosis and that needs to be addressed. You have to know what works and most things don’t.
People may have 3 to 12 deficiencies.
Plus there are many opportunities to upgrade foods and supplements.

What you eliminate can be even more important.
Most supplements don’t work: are low value and often make people worse.
