This is especially important for chronically ill people who can’t exercise much.

A. Primal Walking to align bones with muscle to
While walking (and any time) release cranial tension with tongue posture
that can affect forward head posture and sunken chest with forward hips S curve
B. Release Work
Release hip tension and misalignment so that you can walk aligned
Psoas and sacrum.
Stretch back, neck shoulders to allow upright posture
DIY Fascia work to release root causes of tension and even stuck emotions.
C. Physical Supports
Shoes
Chair cushions
Lymph machines, gadgets
D. Additional Movements
Bending, squatting

If you have exercise tolerance
Work out the glutes and legs:
Poster muscle chain development aligns the hips and posture
There are multiple ways to exercise to do it
Full recovering training: less is more. Much more rest than you would think.
Low time commitment and you don’t need a gym.
